This is a sweet older 4-Bedroom home that has been well-cared for and updated for style and comfort.Located on Rt. 3 in the rural, northeast part of the island, it's not far from the Park or the Ocean (near Hadley Point Beach). A large lot has woods and lawn for play, and a nice covered deck for rocking and grilling, even in inclement weather. The large kitchen, dining area, laundry, bath, living room and bedroom make up the first floor; the 2nd floor is accessible by two stairways, and has 3 bedrooms and shower bathroom. You will enjoy the attention to details and decor, and the unusual amenity of AC units to cool when needed,and the overall ease of a nicely-appointed home base for your Acadia explorations.
