Sleepy Shallows is a brand new luxury villa in the picturesque bay of Rio Bueno, only 5 minutes to Discovery Bay and 45 minutes from the Montego Bay airport.

Newly built in 2009, Sleepy Shallows is a lovely luxyry 4 bedroom villa, with its own private pool, large grassy lawn area which is great for kids for them to run and play.

Decorated in a contemporary tropical style, reflecting the Caribbean flavor, this villa is very open with the spacious living area and dining area opening out onto the popular verandah which has views to the Caribbean sea and the inviting Sleepy Shallows swimming pool!

The bedrooms and living areas are covered with wonderful polished floor boards throughout. The bathrooms are stylishly designed making them contemporary and spacious. The bedrooms are spacious each are air conditioned, and have their own ensuite bathroom.

The favourite place is the outdoor dining area and veranda which is the main entertaining area, around the pool and infront of the beach and grassy area. There are sea kayaks for guests use.

Fully staffed with your own cook, housekeeper and houseman, you will be totally spoilt at Sleepy Shallows! The staff is excellent here and you will be well pampered this holiday

The Palm Room – Master Bedroom
This room features a king size Jamaican cedar bed, large en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, shower/tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan, large closet and private balcony overlooking the pool and sea.
The Sand Room – Bedroom 2
This room also features a king size Jamaican cedar bed, en-suite bathroom (shower only), air conditioning and ceiling fan, large closet and private balcony overlooking the sea.
The Allamanda Room (kids) – Bedroom 3
This room is designed with kids in mind. It has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four, large en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan and a walk in closet.

The Plumbago Room – Bedroom 4
This room features a king size bed made of Jamaican guango, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan, walk in closet and a view of the mountains.
For larger parties, next door is Fantasy villa (3 bedrooms) and Beachnut villa (3 bedrooms) for a total of 7 or 10 bedrooms.
Owners Note: There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING from the upstairs balcony into the pool.
