Contemporary, bright, clean & beautiful condo with new furniture, flat screen cable TV, high speed wireless Internet, very well equipped kitchen, in quiet cozy wooded residential setting, near everything! Literally on the hike and bike trail. Doesn't get any better.

We recently spent some time at this condo and had a wonderful time. We walked to Barton Springs for a very cool dip and could walk back. The condo is at the top of a hill, so be forewarned! Lots of local favorite restaurants nearby, Chuy's, Shady Grove, Romeo's...Also near the Umlauf sculpture garden and Botanical Gardens. The condo is clean and comfortable with the bedrooms downstairs separate from the kitchen/dining/living room allowing some privacy while sleeping. We would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while transitioning from our home we leased while purchasing a new home. This was the PERFECT solution and Ray was a fantastic landlord. The location is amazing as we were able to walk (with our 2 kids) to Blues on the Green, Shady Grove and Barton Springs. The property was not only a great location but a nice/quiet and well maintained rental. Both of the beds and the futon were very comfortable and all necessary soaps/towels/kitchen needs were available. We stayed for 2 months and were extremely pleased with the unit, its decor, the AC, the wifi and the cable which were all included! Our group (two couples and one single) stayed here for the latter half of SXSW and it was great! Ray (the owner) was helpful and very responsive to questions and the place was clean and ready for us, fresh linens and towels on the beds. It's a great location -- we rented bikes and rode through the beautiful bike trail and into town. I agree with the previous reviews that you need a car if you want to get into downtown, but it's a short drive. We would definitely return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This condo was the best location for our holiday stay. Visiting family, shopping, dining out was made easier given the convenient location and our family of four was able to have our time back at the condo. The owner was very easy to work with and was available to answer our questions. We would definitely return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My family of five (3 kids under 10) stayed here for 2+ weeks in supreme, sweltering August heat. The place was very well-suited to our needs with 2 full bedrooms, washer/dryer, and close-in so we could explore the city. It was 8 minutes to downtown by car, 6 minutes walk to Barton Springs for a swim/Zilker Park for a jog and a 4 minute drive to five+ great restaurants and corner stores on Barton Springs Road. Great way to get to know Austin. And Ray was a great host -- kind, flexible and fair. Can't ask for more!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My friends and I were looking for a fun place to stay in Austin for the weekend. This place was perfect! Walking distance from Barton Springs and a few cute cafes. We loved the set up of the condo and the contemporary look of it. It was a tad bit hard to find when we first showed up in the dark, but well worth the search! We would definitly book this condo again for another fun weekend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Two of us stayed for week and a half. Wonderful for walking to Barton Springs Pool/Road and Zilker Park. Nice dining/living area. Could have been a bit cleaner for our taste; bathroom needs work. Needs a larger coffee maker. Balcony was dirty and garden chairs were broken; could use a small table out there. Great TV that we used a lot - amazing channels! Ray took good care of us, and we would consider booking again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

In town with a friend to participate in the Austin Tri. Could not have been in a better place. We were a little concerned with the bedrooms being downstairs and street parking but fears were quickly allayed. Very comfortable, quiet and were able to bike/run every in the area and visited Barton Pool. Just seconds away from Zilker. Had a great time, plan on coming back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Really liked staying near Barton Springs. It was quiet & comfortable. The place was clean. Definitely need a car to get to town. There are a few places to eat in walking distance. I would , and plan to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
