This beautiful home is located in the Poverty Beach section of town. With over 5,000+ feet of living space it is the perfect home for a family vacation, reunions, holiday gatherings, couples looking to get away for a long weekend, or any reason at all. With so much to do all year round in this wonderful community, this is the perfect rental for all seasons! Available for weekly and daily rentals year-round.
Located 2 short blocks from the beach,(lifeguard protected in season) this shore home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. `With four floors of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone.
This home offers ample, flexible sleeping arrangements.
First floor is self contained with bedroom - king bed and a trundle bed; queen sleeper sofa in living room; bathroom with shower; kitchenette and patio . Laundry room and pool table are also located on this floor.
Second floor is great for entertaining. On this floor you will find large open kitchen, living and sitting room area. The whole family can gather here! You will also find the wet bar, dining room, 1/2 bath, and master bedroom, with a king bed and private bath on this level.
Third floor offers three ample size bedrooms all with their own private bath. 1st bedroom-queen bed; 2nd bedroom -1 queen and 1 full; 3rd bedroom - 1 full and a trundle. You will also find a trundle bed located in the hallway sitting area.
On the fourth level relax and catch the ocean breeze as the windows wrap around the whole room.
Wood and tile floors and eight ceiling fans located through out the house. Large covered front porch, back deck, private patio round out the amenities on this beautiful custom built house. This house is well maintained and very clean.

Amazing experience. Spent long weekend to celebrate our anniversary with 5 other couples. The location is perfect for access to Cape May, and the furnishing were impeccable. All the conveniences of home were available to us. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed and the private baths in each room allowed privacy for all. The owner was extremely accommodating and responded to all questions and inquires about the property. Would higly recommend this home to anyone, as it exceeded all expectations. It was spacious and allowed for all to be comfortable and enjoy thier time there.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We rented this home for our family reunion in September. The home was beautifully furnished with obvious thought to both comfort and function. The floor plan worked well as it offered areas to gather in either a large space or in smaller areas. The great room/kitchen area easily held 25 with room to spare. We all enjoyed the comfortable furniture and well supplied kitchen and bar. I think this house had more dishes, stemware, pots, pans, blenders, crockpots, etc. than my own house! There was even a high hair that was much appreciated. The owner was very approachable and paid attention to all small details. This house felt like someone's home, not a "rental". It was clean, well appointed and maintained. September in Cape May is a wonderful time of year. Plenty of things to do in the area and the weather is still warm.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+.

Our family of 12 was very impressed with the spaciousness of the house and its layout. It was an easy walk to the ocean and there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and kids buckets etc.The house was clean and well maintained. The owner is very professional and concerned that the stay goes well. There are many things to do in the area which we took advantage of. We look forward to renting the property again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing.
