This is a beuatiful oceanfront 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom three story house with three decks, 2 1/2 car garage with a dumb waiter to main floor. If you want to relax this would be the perfect house for you. The house is approximately 4,500sq ft. This has your own private walk over to our beautiful ocean. This is a non-driving beach and is safer for you and your family.

First floor has a large family room making it a good place for the kids to hang out, it has a kid size pool table, and a large TV to play there games and a small refrigerator for drinks. There is a bathroom and a kids bedroom with bunk beds.

The main floor has 12ft sliding glass doors to allow you to glance at the beautiful ocean at anytime. The second floor has 2 bedrooms,and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, large living room, dining room and kitchen. A Spiral staircase leads you up to the master suit which has a large bedroom with a private balcony over looking the ocean with small refrigerator in the room for drinks and a large master bath.

This is located in the South Beach Area of New Smyrna Beach. Close to Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. No driving beach. A beautiful, private spot for your vacation at the beach!

Compliance with Rules and Regulations :

Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM.

Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account . Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the rental date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE…
