Our comfortable screened lanais offer a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants surrounding the properties. Or view the Gulf of Mexico from the South Seas condo. It is a great place to entertain or relax.
The homes are just a two-minute walk to the beach and the docks on the bay. The condo is beach front. These villas offer every convenience you would expect of an exclusive beach resort including private or community pools, and some have tennis.

CAPTIVA BREEZE ~ (photos 2-9) is our luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath Old Florida style home with over 4000 sq ft of living area. It is a new home (built in 2003) and has a private pool and spa. Captiva Breeze is located on Wightman Lane, Captiva Island, a short stroll to either the beach of village. It offers granite kitchen counter tops, French doors, several porches, an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible, a Captains walk (roof sun deck) with partial views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico, WiFi INTERNET ACCESS and many extras. (sleeps 2-10).
Other options available please inquire....including Sunset Captiva and South Seas....
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Boat rentals, parasailing, jet-ski rentals, as well as sightseeing, nature, and sunset cruises are within walking distance. Bike paths are found on both Captiva and Sanibel. Golf is available at your choice of two 18-hole courses, the Dunes and Beachview, just 20 minutes away on nearby Sanibel Island. Tennis is also available on site for Sunset Captiva and South Seas Plantation. It is available at the Dunes or Beachview for other guests.

Captiva Breeze truly is Paradise. We came to celebrate my 60th and your lovely house made our celebration warm and memorable. Your house could not be more welcoming. Each found our favorite porch – so we were able to re-charge privately and then come together to enjoy the wonderful pool and hot tub. The landscaping is lovely. Thank you for the huge amount of helpful information you sent before our arrival about the property and Captiva. This is our 4th vacation on Captiva – but definitely our very favorite because we stayed here. Your location is unrivalled – so private, yet a 3 minute walk down the sandy canopied street to the beach. You have been so gracious. Each of us came from very demanding jobs and although we are so sad to leave, we now feel ready and rested to tackle the world! Thank you. We can’t wait to tell our friends about how perfect Captiva Breeze is!”
