The panoramic ocean views from this oceanfront elevated home are truly spectacular! The water views are especially nice from the sunroom, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and of course from the large deck. The house is very close to the beach with a private yard path leading thru the dunes onto the beach. This home has an open floor plan with old heart pine floors throughout and a large fireplace made of old Charleston brick to add plenty of character. The master bedroom has a queen as well as a full size pull-out sofa and a private bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds (great for kids), and the third bedroom has a queen. The second bath is off the hall. Under the house there is a half bath. The house is located on a beautiful stretch of beach (usually uncrowded & quiet) and is one of the best valued true beachfront homes on Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. Departure cleaning is required for property.
