The condo has stunning beach views from the entire living and kitchen area and has been newly redecorated and has ceramic tile floors throughout. This romantic 1BR/1BA condo is located on the third floor of Tower III at the legendary Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Tower III is the closest tower to the resort’s gated entrance and is located just left of the famous 11,500-square-foot lagoon pool. The sugar-white sand is right outside your door.
ABOUT THE RESORT
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities and every activity imaginable. Edgewater is the perfect resort for families, couples, or groups. There are eleven pools, four Jacuzzis, a shuffleboard court, six tennis courts, thirty-six holes of golf, parasailing, jet skiing, tennis, golf, weight lifting, beach yoga and even a soothing body wrap – there is truly something here for everyone!
You never have to leave the resort to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. There is everything from fine-dining at the famous FireFly restaurant to pizza from Paradise Pizza, located right on the property. Room Service is available from the wonderful Ocean’s Bar and Grill which offers a wonderful variety of great and affordable entrees. Edgie’s Corner Market, located at the base of Tower I, offers a StarBuck’s coffee shop and hand-dipped ice cream as well as other snacks and convenience items. There is even a full-service hair salon located on the property.
ABOUT THE LIVING AREA
The bright living area of the condo offers a new 40' flat-screen high-definition television with DVD player and free HBO, a new comfortable leather recliner with ottoman, a pub table for dining or playing games, and a new queen-size slipcovered sofa sleeper. A mirrored wall enhances your view of the sandy beach, gulf waves, and breath-taking sunsets from the entire living and kitchen area. Enjoy watching the activity of the beach or simply listening to the sound of the waves as you relax and read a good book. (Sheets and linens for the queen size sofa bed are available in the storage ottomans.) Free WiFi Internet is available in the condo for our guests.
ABOUT THE BALCONY
A beach-front balcony with sliding glass door is just off the living area which offers comfortable seating and over-looks one of the resorts best hot tubs, a heated swimming pool, and of course the magnificent beach. The view from this third floor condo is picture-perfect; high enough for privacy and un-obstructed views – yet close enough to the beach to watch the activity.
ABOUT THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has upgraded cabinets and counter top. It offers full-size appliances and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, china, and flatware. Every convenience of home – even a crock pot is available to prepare those worry-free meals as you enjoy the beach and great resort amenities. An eat-in bar with four bar stools is the perfect place to have that lunch snack before heading back down to the pool. Amazing views of the entire beach can be enjoyed from the kitchen area.
ABOUT THE BATH
You can wrap yourself in one of our large 100% Egyptian Cotton bath towels after a hot soak in the extra deep tub or a relaxing shower. An ample supply of high quality hand towels and wash cloths have also been provided. A built-in hair dryer is available for your convenience.
ABOUT THE BEDROOM
The queen-size bed has new high quality linens and a comfortable PerfectSleep pillow-top mattress. A large closet, bedside chest and dresser provide storage space. The bedroom is equipped with a television with DVD/VHS player and free HBO. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the bedroom closet.
EXTRAS
A large capacity washer/dryer is available in the unit as well as a full-size dishwasher. A starter supply of laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, and bath tissue is provided.

We just returned from Panama City and had a great time at the Edgewater Beach Resort! This condo was great! Right on the beach and a walk to the beautiful lagoon pool! The property is very pretty and well kept. We would definitely go back to enjoy the condo and atmosphere! Thanks for helping to make our vacation great! These accomodations were everything the listing advertised. This was our first stay at PCB and Edgewater Resort and we hope to return often. The location is great and close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants and our third floor unit was just perfect for the real beach experience. A restaurant onsite was a nice touch too. We really enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

I just wanted to say that my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. Everything is as they describe. Some things I appreciated: -The owners are very professional and thorough -The place was very clean -Quick and easy access from the parking lot to the room to the pool and beach. -Comfortable and updated furniture. The bed is not too hard, but not too soft. Kind of in between so should work for most people. -Fast internet for those of us who can never really escape from work. If I were to be picking, I’d point out that the bedroom TV was fuzzy. But no big deal, because you don’t go on vacation to watch TV. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had the best experience at Charles and Carolyns condo May 1st thru May 6th 2011. They were so accomodating to our needs and wishes and that will never be forgotten. The condo was what we expected...clean, beautifully decorated, everything we needed. we celebrated our 9th anniversary in PCB. It was a little different for us, as we usually go out of the country. It has been a long time since we vacationed in the states and was NOT dissappointed with PCB!!! The beach was absolutley amazing (couldn't believe we were in Florida) Edgewater Resorts was beautiful, and Ocean's bar & grill had some of the best food we had!! Not to mention the Pizza Hut on site! (yum!) A little shocked at the "Beach Blast" permitting the Edgewater beach as there "landing zone", but in all pretty cool to watch...just a little further to the designated beach. Make sure you check out the "events" taking place while you visit PCB...as it seems to always be "happening!" ... lol!!! Will definetly go back and hopefully get Unit #309 Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resorts! Much Love - Brandon & ChristiRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.
