We have spend a week with our large family (5 kids) in Playa del Carmen, in condohotel El Taj. It has been a fabulous experience. The condo (314), pools, amenities & beach/beach club are beautiful, very clean and well-maintained. Everyone enjoyed the location of El Taj and the flexibility of being so close to restaurants, shopping and beach club. The staff & service is outstanding: front desk, beach club, maintenance... perfect! We had some hot water issues on the first day but the staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Our waiter, Alfonso would bring every morning a mini lounger and beach toys for our three year old daughter. The service and care is absolutely fabulous! We cant wait to go back. Thanks Sandra for all your help!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

What a wonderful place to be…As I had the greatest holidays I needed to share it with you. First of all the site is just awesome, beautiful new condo which is very causy, well decorated with taste and impeccably clean. The morning coffee sitting on my private terrace was very delightful as the landscape is so amazing….breathless! The location is also perfect, I was few steps from the beach…yes the beach, how lovely, private white sand beach called Indigo Beach Club is just what I needed to relax and enjoy my day in the sun. The lay out is superb great cushy chairs with the most beautiful umbrellas, great beach beds, great food and drinks, great staff….excellent service! Not to forget I had choice to swim in the aqua clear blue ocean or in their original designed pool and spa…my god I thought I was in heaven! As I was eating and drinking well, I wanted to stay in shape…no problem…you should see the gym, very well equipped and nice people to help. Working in a stressful environment, my holidays are meant to recharge my batteries; well I had access to the fabulous Spa…wonderful massage and body treatments…very professional and blissful! The worst part of my holidays…was the last day, knowing that I had to leave paradise to go back to reality! No worries, I will be back (possibly in April) to El Tag Beachside as this is one of my best holidays ever! Special thanks to all people that made this holiday so special.. ;)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

I stayed in sandra's 2 bedroom condo FEB. of 2012. this is a beautiful and well decorated condo. Service @ beach club are the best I've found in Playa. I will stay at this condo again very soon. Sandra will be more than happy to meet @ help with any questions you have. She works there as a sales rep a great person. THANKS! About the owner: I am French Canadian but Playa del Carmen has been home since 1998. I can not see myself live anywhere else. This is truly paradise! The local community is from all over the world so a great melting pot. Not boring at all! I have been selling condominiums since 2001 with the same developer that has done all together 5 buildings. I was finally able to purchase my little piece of paradise at El Taj Beachside which is truly a beautiful condo in a great establishment. I wish I could live in it but for now I need to rent it. So in the meantime I go and enjoy it once in a while. I speak French, English and Spanish. As I live here and work here, you can come and see me if you wish for any help or suggestion. We do have the reception open 24/7 to your disposition but I am here as well for you. It is always with great pleasure that I will meet you. If my condo is not available, I can help you find one in the same building or in one of our sister's properties. As I have been here since the first property, I know all of the condos inside out so will be able to recommend you the one that will be best for your need and desire.
