My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet bungalow. It is so nicely decorated and is very well maintained -- spotlessly clean! The kitchen is stocked with all of the tools needed for home cooking, the linens for bed and bath are luxurious, and the yard and deck are lovely. Everything works perfectly -- the appliances, the grill, the gas fireplace. We really loved the fireplace for the chilly evenings and mornings. The neighborhood is fun to walk in and there is a Sprouts grocery close by! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Brent for providing such a great home!

Terrific week in Denver!
Terrific week in Denver!
We had a wonderful time in Brent's house. The neighborhood was perfect and the house was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our 21 year old son as well as for entertaining our daughter and her husband in the evenings (who live nearby). Well appointed and toasty warm! Brent was great at accommodating our arrival and departure times as well as all our other needs. We'll definitely be back!

A Great little place
A Great little place
Had the opportunity to stay while dropping my son off at The University of Denver. Our family of 5 was too big for a hotel room so this home was the perfect opportunity for us. So very well equipped and appointed. Conveniently located with easy access to everything downtown Denver has to offer. My kids were extra thankful for the candy snacks awaiting them upon arrival. Thanks for a great home.

Home Away From Home
Home Away From Home
My husband and I flew to Denver to visit family who live in the Berkeley/Highlands neighborhood. We had read the reviews of the Zenobia residence and were pleased to discover that the home was true to its description. My husband walked to the Sunflower Market each morning to get the newspaper. We took advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby - Lou's Food Bar, Duo, The Coral Room and Root Down. We had the best breakfast by far at DJs Berkeley Cafe on Tennyson. Thank you Brent for providing such a well designed, comfortable living space. The only thing we could have used was a reading light over the bed.

Great little place!!!
Great little place!!!
I really loved this little place!! There were three of us, my husband, myself and adult daughter. We all agreed it was far better than staying in a hotel(or with family). The location was perfect for us. One family member lives about a mile away and the rest in Broomfield. The only thing that would have improved the visit would have been an alarm clock in the bedroom. Not a big deal with cell phones, but I am used to the glow of an alarm clock. The local restaurants were very good Coral Room?? Sunflower market was within walking distance. The house was very clean and well maintained. My sister in law gets out of town guests fairly often and was very impressed with this place and will recommend this property. We will definetly keep this place in mind for our next trip.

We stayed a month in this clean, updated and comfortable home with our two dogs. Walking in was even better than the pictures show. The backyard was perfect for the dogs to snooze in the sun. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping center, and also Tennyson St., with its charming coffee, wine, restaurants and shops. Brent was accommodating and kind. Would recommend this place for people traveling with pets, for sure!

Convenient and Comfortable
Convenient and Comfortable
As soon as we walked in the door of this house we felt at home. Open living/dining area and kitchen space is comfortable and everything is where you want it to be. We had many meals outside on the patio in privacy, and our two dogs had lots of room to spend outdoors. It is a great home base to explore the area. There were two beautiful parks within a half mile for our daily walks and runs. Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed: Parisi Italian Deli on 44th and Coral Room in the Highlands. Downtown Denver and all it offers (9th Room restaurant is across from the baseball field; great music and food!) is a 15 minute drive. Also, you can be in the foothills in 30 minutes for great hiking! Brent has done a great job decorating and maintaining this home, and he was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Let me start by saying I'm a very particular traveler. I have stayed at some of the tops hotels in the U.S. and Europe. I can't say enough about this quaint bungalow....But let me at least highlight some things. 1) I had the pleasure of meeting Brent, the owner of the property, and he is a great guy. Very laid back and easy to work with. 2) He has thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. From the wonderful Ralph Lauren robes, comfy bedding, lots of spare towels, tons of DVD's to choose from, stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could need, washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, and the list goes on. He has even stocked the shower/bath with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.... 3) I really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and having meals in the backyard on the patio furniture. I made full use of everything Brent had to offer! 4) The house is conveniently located in the Highlands District with all the interesting cafes, restaurants, boutiques, etc. I even walked to Yoga in the Highlands. It was 1.5 miles each way, which was great for someone like me who likes to be active. It only took approx. 10 minutes to reach both the Riverfront and Downtown areas. I was able to easily make it to a Rockies baseball game and go on a fun bike ride down the Platte River (downtown has rental bike stations all over, so you can easily hop on a cruiser and have some fun.) I highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a change to staying in a Hotel. It's such a refreshing treat to stay in a home vs. a hotel room.
