This is a professionally managed property. The availability calendar for this property is kept accurate and up to date. This property rents from SATURDAY to SATURDAY with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Do not inquire for more than the posted maximum people this property is advertised for. The maximum number of people allowed includes children, infants, and adults. NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). This vacation rental is a unique combination made up of a waterfront historic cape set in the heart of Port Clyde Harbor. Many ocean views can be enjoyed from this peaceful five-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath village property. Watch the sun set on the front porch within close sight of islands and fisherman unloading their catch. Play on the large mowed yard between the house and the water. Swim or boat from the private deep water dock, perfect for any of the rental boats offered through On the Water in Maine.
Port Clyde House, built in 1852, is full of New England charm. Freshly restored and decorated, the interior is abundant with soothing artwork and natural light allowing visitors to enjoy the outdoors even from the inside. Comfortable bedding and modern appliances combined with the quaint features of a historic residence make Port Clyde House the perfect summer retreat.
For history buffs, Port Clyde House is located on the former Port Clyde Sardine Packing Company property. The sardine packing factory burned in the early 1970's leaving what is now the large private pier as well as open spaces with prime waterfront positioning on the harbor.
Beautiful Drift Inn Beach is just 1 mile away.

Security Deposit: Yes, there is a $500 refundable security deposit that will be refunded within 21 days of the end of a satisfactory stay.
