Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: I owned this townhouse since 2002. I purchased it from my brother who has owned it since 1995. I am currently on the board of directors of the condo association in the position of Treasurer. I lived at the condo from 2005-2006, which I also held the position of Treasurer for a year. I take great pride in maintaining my unit as well as the total complex.

The unit/complex is close to everything. The people are friendly and the area is quiet and peaceful. The total area of that part of the island is nice for walking or bike riding early morning, evenings anytime.
