We stayed at this property for a Schweitzer ski trip. The house is newly remodeled and beautiful. The house is walking distance to town which makes for a fun trip. It's a short drive to the ski area. House is spacious and has a warm atmosphere. Nicely appointed property. Four of us stayed in the home comfortably.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house itself is one of the nicest on the block. It was very tidy and beautiful inside. Im a college student and me and my friends were just looking for a nice place to spend the night at to get out of the dorms and I couldnt have picked a better house! The owners were quick to reply and very accommodating. Working with them was a breeze and I plan on doing it again sometime this year. We were within walking distance of downtown and had an amazing burger within a five minute walk. Amazing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Our family (9 adults, 2 teens) stayed here to attend a wedding. It was much more enjoyable than staying in hotel rooms & at less than half the cost. We didn't have to eat our meals in restaurants which was a huge savings, in fact, we even had friends & family over for a BBQ one evening. This home has been lovingly remodeled/restored & comes furnished with everything you could possibly need. It's just a short walk to downtown, lake, resort & city park so we walked or biked everywhere we went. Silverwood was only 20 min's away. Our family hopes to rent the Garden Ave home again next summer or over the holidays.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a perfect vacation rental for experiencing Coeur D'Alene. Beautiful home complete with everything you'd want or need in a vacation rental. Stylish enough to be great for entertaining also. The location is perfect, about a five minute walk from all the downtown restaurants and shops as well as the beach, nature trails and city park. The property management is very professional and helpful also. They are always there for you to answer questions or help in any way. We've been in a lot of vacation rentals and I'd have to say that this was the best combination of quality and value that we've experienced. Highly, highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a family reunion after our daughter got married and used this home as our staging area for those in hotels and another house we had rented. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Good sized yard for games, deck space for sitting and talking, a pantry for storing all the food so it wasn't piled on the counters and a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach. We will definately look to stay here again, especially when the basement is finished giving the teenagers more space to hang out!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed over the Holidays and the location of this beautful home was wonderful we were within walking distance just a few blocks from the light show and downtown Coeur d' Alene and the resort cruises. The house was large and spacious and had a great victorian feel to it, beds were comfortable and the kids loved the loft for playing games. Claw foot tub made a nice place to relax after skiing. We would stay here again if we plan on coming back to Coeur d' Alene around the holidays.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
