Our luxury townhome is in the exclusive base area Lakota Mountain Lodge community, directly across from Winter Park Resort. Lakota is one of the most beautiful and exclusive communities in Winter Park. The views are spectacular and are amongst the best in Winter Park. This fabulous townhome offers everything you need for a perfect mountain vacation. Whether you are in Winter Park to ski, hike, mountain bike or attend concerts, this townhome has it all.
The townhome is 1,630 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, and sleeps 7 persons comfortably in beds, plus there is a queen size sleeper couch. There is a large private hot tub situated outside on the deck that overlooks the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Mountains. It has heated floors throughout the house. There is also an attached heated garage. For your convenience on the weekends and holidays, there is a free Lakota shuttle that will take you to the base. The townhome is also .2 miles from the Winter Park "Park and Ride" where a shuttle will take you to the base.
The townhome is split into three levels. The entry level has the living area with a rock fireplace and incredible views of the ski mountain. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is also on the entry level. There is a guest restroom and an area to take off your boots after a great day of skiing. The living area has high vaulted ceilings and a surround sound system. Log pine accents are throughout the interior of the home. The deck off the living area has a BBQ grill and breath taking views of the Mary Jane and WinterPark ski mountains.
The upper level has a spacious Master Suite with a gorgeous king sized bed, TV with DVD and VCR, walk-in closet and a private bathroom with crushed marble countertops, a separate oversized shower and a jetted bath tub. The master bedroom has views of the Continental Divide.
The lower level has two bedrooms. The guest bedroom offers a luxury queen sized bed, TV and a private deck. The smaller room offers bunk beds as well as a trundle bed, allowing for 3 children in separate beds or 2 adults in the large lower bed. The lower level also has a full size washer and dryer and a full bathroom.
If you are looking for the ultimate WinterPark experience, it really doesn't get any better than this!
