NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). This property is right on the ocean, located in desirable South Thomaston near the village of Spruce Head Island and the Waterman Beach Takeout. This former Bed and Breakfast is spacious and nicely appointed with a huge grassy lawn and its own small private beach area. Close to Rockland and Camden, this spectacular property enjoys panoramic views of the ocean and islands. The main level of the house was completely renovated like new in 2011 with a new kitchen and appliances, new living room with arguably the best and most scenic views in Maine. This large house can sleep many people, or be comfortably enjoyed by 2 couples without being overwhelmed with space.
