I stayed in San Jose at San Jose Executive Housing for an entire month. It was a fabulous experience! It was (kept) spotless clean, very comfortable and inviting. The property manager did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and at home. He even made sure to touch base with me periodically regarding weekly cleaning, trash removal, and just to make sure I had everything I needed. He really made sure that I never felt "too far from home" (Chicago). The suite included a kitchen, laundry room, comfy bed, flat screen TV with a ton of channels, double vanity, a huge walk-in closet, and a wonderful shower with plenty of hot water pressure which was a blessing after a hard days work. The property/neighborhood is as pretty as it is friendly. People were constantly walking, hiking, biking, and strolling up and down the streets while waving hello to me. The property was just as beautiful as it said in the description. If/when I get back to San Jose, this will be the first place where I will look into staying. This townhome was beautiful, spacious and clean with a wonderful location and view. It was home for eight members of our extended family for a joyful week as we celebrated our daughter's wedding and enjoyed our Bay Area vacation. The owner Don was very attentive and very good to work with. The home was well furnished for our needs. We enjoyed the life of luxury in this beautiful place. Our experience was enhanced by the quiet neighborhood, the great view, and the delightful nearby walking trail. This was a great place for a family to be together. The experience at this accommodation (Tuscany Executive Townhome) was amazing. I will recommend Don and his homes to my friends and family. Don communicated all the details of the home very well from start to finish. He and I maintained communication throughout my stay as question arised. From the outside you see that the home is a corner unit located on the hill overlooking the city of San Jose. The unit benefit’s from the Sunrise/Sunset and the breezes due to its location and the large windows. Upon entering the home for the first time it was clear that the owner believed in cleanliness and opulence because the home smelled new and had all the furnishings of you could ask for. The window shades, ceiling fans, televisions, home audio and cable are controlled by remote. This provides an added level of relaxation time on the couch instead of manually adjusting everything. The living room features a large flat-panel television that was great for watching the 2012 Olympics and the audio system brought the sound to each corner of the living space. The kitchen is comprised of top tier appliances and everything a family would need to share dinner. From cutting boards, coffee makers, coasters, silent dish washing machine, dual water softener to convection oven. The third bedroom downstairs features a sleep number bed that was so popular that folks had to draw straws to sleep in it each night. The second bedroom features a king size bed, television and a twin bed. The Master bedroom has a Cal-King bed that was more comfortable than my own bed. I had 12 guests in this place at one and never had had a seating/sleeping problem. Don provided amble inflatable mattresses for the extra guests as well as towels and other personal consumables. The two car garage fit the midsize cars well and allowed room to unload/load luggage. My family is raves all the time about how great a place this was and how good Don was. I would say this was my best experience ever with a home-away. The house is so nice, tidy and luxury. It has a breathtaking view. In day time you can enjoy the nice scenery from the top of Tuscany hill and enjoy the wildlife around the house. In night time, the view is even more exciting. You will see.... The price looked a little bit high to me at the beginning but after seeing the house and staying one month there I was so sure that it was definitely worth paying it. It is at least a 6 star hotel, all towels included, cleaning the whole house once or twice a week per your request and ..... My family came from abroad and stayed with me for a month. They were shocked by features and amenities of this house. The comfort of the house made it possible for me to make a good memory of their stay here. It definitely worth it. Besides the amenities and its comfort, the owner is a very nice person. Whenever we asked him for an extra item it was available in an hour or so. He was so devoted to his customers. I would rank it 10 star if it was possible and will definitely pick this place again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: About the Owner Hello! My name is Donald Fareed. I am a Christian minister, an entrepreneur and married to my wonderful wife for over 27 years. We have both been in the service industry for over 35 years, and ministers for over two decades. I teach through local Cable channels and International satellite TV. Our income from San Jose Executive Housing provides the funding for our satellite TV broadcasts. We provide short term and extended stay vacation rentals and corporate housing. As a pastor, I love interacting with people and as a successful entrepreneur; I love the challenges of managing our businesses.
Why the Owner Chose San Jose:
We fell in love with our Tuscany Hilltop Town-home over 5 years ago when it was being built. It is a unique property in a unique location with over 3600-sqft space. This is our largest townhome, with panoramic views of South San Jose's green mountains and valleys. At an initial cost of over a million dollars, we spent an additional $250,000 to upgrade this townhome. Simply put, it feels like a home in the sky! It is comfortable, spacious, elegant, and safe, and we are very proud of owning this place. Since this is a large 4-story townhome, we divided it to two units. The section you are considering renting is on the lower floors and is called Sorrento hilltop apartment. Depending on the season and demand for corporate housing, we rent the top floors or use it for our temporary stay. When needed, we combine the top and lower unit to accommodate large groups. Since 2010, hundreds of families and groups have stayed in this property.
