This West Tisbury compound, with custom contemporary Main House and Guest House, is located on five private acres of beautiful, professionally landscaped grounds with stone walls, patios, and lush gardens. The Long Point Beach Compound Main House features a dramatic two-story Living Room with vaulted ceiling, walls of glass windows and French doors, fieldstone fireplace, and multiple seating areas. The Great Room opens into a formal Dining Area as well as to a deck and patio for outdoor entertaining. The fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, casual dining area with built-in window seating for eight, and opens out to a screened porch and deck for additional entertaining or dining. ; ; On the second floor, the large Master Suite has a cozy seating area and views out to the beautiful grounds from a private deck. The Master Bath has his and her vanities, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub with princess hand shower. There is a full bath with tub and shower that is shared by the other two Bedrooms. There is a separate TV Room/Den with large screen TV and a the private office -- both on the first floor. The two-story Guest House features an open second floor layout with living and dining areas, gourmet kitchen, and private deck. The Master Suite is downstairs, the guest bedroom upstairs. Long Point Beach is just one-mile further down the road. The beach itself is a unqiue one -- featuring both an open ocean beach with waves, and a calm, saltwater pond beach great for kids. The two beaches are separated by a ridge of sand dunes and connected by a board walk. There are also miles of hiking trails through the surrounding preserve.
