  This place is just as shown, only better. It was absolutely wonderful, and the staff was great. It was nice to be in a beautiful beach front location with amazing views. Although it was the start of spring break, we felt very peaceful here. Wonderful location. Thank you for an excellent vacation!

  The condo at Sterling Beach on the east end of Panama City Beach, FL was wonderful. The condo was recently painted and even more beautiful than the photos. It was wonderfully decorated, well maintained and very clean. Kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed to cook. When we got there and opened the door we just said OMG and we were pretty much speechless for a few minutes. The views from the balcony were spectacular, a great view of the sun set. Heated pool was huge and wonderful. The Sterling Beach complex also has gas grills for the guests and owners to use, which was a very nice surprise. There were too many restaurants in the area to mention and went to several and enjoyed them all. Lots of activities in the area, golf, parks, amusement parks and shopping malls. The owners are great and very helpful, this is our second year of heading south for a couple of months and this condo was been more than we could have asked for. This is also our second time of finding a great condo on VRBO. Thanks so much for renting us your condo. We would love to come back and probably will.

  Wonderful condo. Loved the second floor location. This condo also had private covered parking! We will be going back for sure! Super easy to contact and communicate with owners. They were very accommodating!

  We stayed at this wonderful condo to celebrate our honeymoon, our son's birthday and dance nationals. Andrea was very accomodating for our time frame. Even though they were doing construction on the building, the grounds were still maintained. The condo had everything that you would need and was very clean. We will stay here again the next time we visit PCB. Thank you again for opening up your home away from home to us.

  An absolutely wonderful place to vacation! The owner was so accomodating to our needs. We love the beaches and Sterling Beach is a fantastic condominium in Panama City Beach!

  My husband and I have stayed at dozens of condos in the area over the years and most often stay at a couple of fave places down the street from Sterling Beach at Pelican Walk. I want you to know that your place is our new favorite! The internet photos are true to the place but one thing they don't convey is the spaciousness, high ceilings and great layout! We live in a large, older home with generous rooms and are spoiled by space so we appreciate staying at a large, comfortable home-away-from-home. Great amenities. I'd only add an IPod dock! We will be back. We visit PCB at least 3-4 times a year.

  Thanks for sharing your condo. It is beutiful, clean and has everything in the kitchen you need for cooking a meal. It was exactly like the picrtures. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to PCB. We loved the location of the unit in the complex. So convient to everything. It was nice to have a reserved parking place. We have already recommended your condo to our friends. We loved it.

  We loved your condo! Thank you so much for letting us stay here. The listing was exactly as described, it was even bigger than we thought it would be based on photos. It was very clean and well taken care of. Owners were very helpful and friendly, and went beyond expectations. This is our favorite condo place to visit, the facilities are excellent and well-maintained. Easy beach access and not over-crowded. An incredible view from this unit. Absolutely wonderful! We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on vacation. We hope to use this unit again next time we go.

  Clean, beautiful condo, convenient to beach and pool; family friendly, with all the comforts of home, loved the kitchen! Great selection of things to do, enough to keep everyone happy~ parasailing, jet skis, dolphin tours....one of our best vacations to date!
