Our villa has new carpet, furniture and bedding. It is a lower level end unit with covered parking just steps away. The Golf Villas have a lot of snow birds and is becoming a great community.

This was the first time, my husband and I rented a condo and we were a little concerned about cleanliness...as soon as we walked into the condo, we were very happy. It is a lovely, clean condo, we had no complaints. The owners are very nice and helpful. It is a friendly community and you are so close to restaurants, malls, beaches, supermarkets, etc. We loved it so much, we are returning next year for two more months...can't wait.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We rented this unit in for 2 weeks in 2006 & one month in 2007 & two months in 2008. This unit is in great condition and the location is ideal - with windows on three sides. The pool, which is just down the walk, is a gathering place for the community - we spend a lot of time there. The owners are great people and very easy to deal with. We loved Golf Villas so much that we purchased our own unit there in 2008.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband has been coming to this area for the past 15 years for golf events and we both fell in love with the area. There are so many things to do and see. We just love swimming in our pool and going to the beach with our kids. It is very relaxing. We never want to leave.
