Construction just completed on this 3BR (1K, 2Q, 2Bunks) 2 full bath year round home on lake Winnisquam. Enjoy the comfortable living area with your family or large outdoor deck just off the kitchen. Wake to the sound of waves and watch the sunrise from any of the bedrooms. The house was built on the footprint of an old fishing cabin and is just a stone’s throw away from the widest part of the lake. Spend hours watching the loons and other wildlife from the comfort of the living room or get outside and enjoy the private 114 feet of shoreline.
This location is a great area for swimming and boating. The swimming area has a nice sandy bottom and you can walk into the water from the shoreline. There is a 35 foot dock and large swimming platform (May – August). The dock can accommodate a 22 foot boat.
There are sparkling hard wood floors in every room of this newly furnished home. 2 32” flat screen TV’s, Blue Ray DVD Player, Wi-Fi, cable TV, Washer/Dryer and dishwasher. 30 minutes to Concord NH 45 minutes to Manchester NH and 90 minutes to Boston. Perfect if you might have to head to work for a day or two. It is a reasonalbe commute to Machester if you can't leave the office for a week!
New outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, rod iron table with 4 chairs, Lounge seating for 3 around a small table, rocking love seat and an additional love seat. There is plenty of room to relax outside!
A great place for a worry free winter get away. The automatic generator ensures you will have electricity even if the rest of the state does not! Only 13 miles to Gunstock Ski area. The Tilton Outlets are 7 miles away the Belknap mall with Shaws (groceries), CVS Pharmacy and Dunkin Donuts is just 3 miles away.
A Gas Grill is available April – September.

The property met / exceeded all of my expectations for the lake. The house itself comes complete with all the bells and whistles. The floor plan is spacious, the bedrooms sleep 8-10 which should accomodate most families / guests. The outside deck and fire pit make for great space and familiy activities. If you have a boat you are only minutes from the Winisquam sandbar and there is a dock available with the property. The owner and dealing was seemless. We will rent again (if available)! Just a quick note: Garmin / Navigation cuts off on Lower Bay Road when on the lake road. The house is easy to find, but for those that are directionally challenged....please look at a map prior to heading to the lake.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Winnisquam:
We purchased this unfinished property in 2009. We fell in love with the location (close to amenities and on the widest deepest part of the lake - great for boating and swimming), privacy (114 feet of waterfront), and views (You can literally see the lake from every room except the bathrooms!). We completed construction and enjoyed it during 2010 but have found that the busy schedule of our children (two teenage athletes) does not allow us to use the property very often. We have decided to rent the property in 2011 and know our renters will love the properly as much as we do!
