Beautiful home and furnishings. Owner very helpful with everything ready - even coffee for our first day. The photos were understated - home even nicer. Very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a winter experience in Sun City. Near many restaurants. It costs $60.00 per month to use the Sun City activity centers.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: We currently live in Sun City and remodeled this to be our dream home. However, our other home did not sell due to the current economic conditions. We chose to stay in the other home because it does have a pool, which requires maintenance. Therefore, we decided to use this as a rental.
