Sunrise at Sea View

Location and Grounds:

Sunrise at Sea View is located on the shore of Penobscot Bay. A rolling lawn leads the way to the path accessing the sandy/rocky beach. Located just 5.8 miles from downtown Camden this cottage is ideally located for activities in both Camden and Lincolnville with its sandy beach, restaurants & ferry service to Islesboro. Belfast is about 5 miles to the north and has many lovely shops, galleries and restaurants. There are hiking trails located within a few miles of the house or just sit on the deck, relax and enjoy the passing lobster boats, windjammers and sail boats.

Style:

Salt box in style, this house is compact, well appointed and has many east facing windows overlooking Penobscot Bay. A large deck, perfect for watching the rising sun, is accessed from both the living room and the yard.

First Floor:

Enter the house through the large back hallway and turn right into the small but well equipped kitchen. Pass through the kitchen into the dining and living rooms with the open view of Penobscot Bay and access to outside deck. Located off of the kitchen is a hallway leading to the full bathroom and master bedroom with a queen bed and partial water views. Newly completed is a Lower Level with a bonus room and additional guest bedroom. The bonus room has sliders showcasing the ocean views, a large flat screen television, kitchenette and small dining table. This room doubles the living space of this home.
Second Floor:

The stairway to the second floor is off of the dining room and leads to an open loft area and on to a bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds.
