Our Villa can comfortably sleep twelve people, in five bedrooms, each with high quality beds and mattresses for a great nights sleep. We have two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor for easy access, and all bedrooms have plasma TV’s. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, four bathrooms, and a fully functional games room with entertainment for guests of all ages. Our beautifully designed, gas heated, over–sized swimming pool and Jacuzzi Spa, includes a relaxing weeping waterfall, which is especially lovely in the evening.
Our Villa is situated in the Aviana Complex, which includes communal facilities such as a large heated swimming pool, a spacious gym, friendly reception area, and a stylish business/function suite. There is also a fantastic children’s play area, a beach volleyball pitch, a spacious and comfortable BBQ area which all overlooks a beautiful lake! My family and friends stayed at this villa in February 2012, it was our first time in florida and we had no idea where to stay, but we saw this place and there was no faulting the villa! It was beautiful inside and out! The accommodation was lovely, clean and very well maintained. It had enough room for all eight of us - it didn't feel like we were stepping on each others toes! The location was nice and quiet and it was a short drive to the shops and restaurants. The oversized pool and jacuzzi were lovely and relaxing. Couldn't wish for anything more. This listing described the property very accurately with the location and the layout etc. The owner of this property provided good customer service and let us know all the information we needed with the alarm etc. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone! It made the holiday even more special because it felt like a home from home!! My family stayed at this lovely villa during sept 2011, the villa was exceptionally well presented and by far the best villa we have rented and there have been quite a few! During our stay our daughter was married at Walt Disney World. And the villa was used to house 9 of our family, which it did with ease, and could easily have accommodated more if needed without feeling overcrowded. Not far from Disney about the same travel time as from communities on the U27, supermarket a few minutes drive away. It was so nice to come home to this comfortable villa,with the jacuzzi pool still a fond memory, would definitely recommend this villa 10/10Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Eveything we wished and lots more. A doddle to get to all the Parks, great for local Restaurants and fabulous luxury accomodation. The Villa was spacious, wonderfully equipped and a joy to stay in.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this property in June 2010 and it was allocated on arrival. It was our first time in Florida and to our surprise we were allocated this absolutely beautiful villa! We felt very at home and when we go back we want to stay in that very same one! It felt like a home from home! We did have problems with the house alarm upon arrival though and hadnt been told what the code was. Apart from that it was amazing. Lovely place, very clean area and very relaxing. We will be in contact for our next reservation! Thank you very much!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just came back from Florida and the house was fabulous. Plenty of room for all the kids that our group took to Disney. Not far away, but just perfect. Neighbors were courtesy. I rate this property a 10 out of 10. I will recommend this place to everyone.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
