Three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite baths on two levels, connected by an interior staircase, are well situated for maximum privacy for guests.

Bella Vida's great room comprises two elegant living areas, a dining area, kitchen, a nook with a home office and the lanai. The great room and lanai separate the two air-conditioned bedroom suites on the main level.

This gracious villa offers peace and tranquil seclusion behind an electronic gate in an exclusive area conveniently located near town, duty-free shopping, restaurants and beaches (Magens Bay is just minutes away). Just perfect for three couples or a family, you may dine alfresco in the cool lighted gazebo by the pool and watch the harbor's pageantry below, improve your tan on the stone sun deck, or relax inside in one of the inviting living areas.

Note: A tenant lives in small apartment below the villa, with its own private entrance. He cannot see into any part of Bella Vida, including the pool area, and unless you run into each other out by the driveway, you will not see him. Your privacy is complete within Bella Vida.
