Why the Owner Chose Fountain Hills:
Our family has been visiting the Scottsdale/phoenix area for over 20 years. We both enjoy the desert lifestyle and wonderful weather all winter. Phoenix has so many options for recreational activities and night life. Great golf courses, hiking, biking, shopping and top tier restaurants. If you are into sports, there are major sports teams to watch all year round. We bought our house in firerock country club development in the spring of 2008 with the intention of moving there with our family from Minnesota. The great golf course views, and mountains made it easy to fall in love with firerock and the area. Unfortunately we needed to be in Minneapolis more than we expected, and decided to use the our beautiful home as a vacation destination for our family and friends. We would like to offer you the opportunity to rent this one of a kind home to enjoy the amenities that it has to offer.
