Two beach front, non-smoking condos in excellent condition with lots of mirrors, ceiling fan, tract lighting, tiled floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more. Both the 2nd and 7th floor are decorated in a bright, beachy, tropical theme. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!
Sunbird offers many amenities including 3 gulf-side pools (1 heated), video arcade, shuffle board, parasailing, lighted tennis courts, hobie cat rentals, beach chairs/umbrellas, laundry room, and more. Wireless internet service is now available for our guests. The complex also offers children's activities in the summer and activity programs for winter guests.
Located on prestigious Thomas Drive, all that Panama City Beach has to offer is here -- and just minutes from your door -- with lots of restaurants, activities for adults and children, and Signal Hill Golf Course right across the street!

My husband Richard and I purchased our condos several years ago because we loved coming to Panama City Beach, with the glorious emerald beaches, the many wonderful restaurants and family activities. A summer vacation with our children and grandchildren has become a family tradition, and we all look forward to it. My friend and I wanted to plan a get-away to relax and unwind. I found this listing while browsing VRBO. Wow, am I glad I did! The owner, Kathy, was more than gracious and helpful. She did everything possible to make planning for and visiting the beach an enjoyable and easy experience. The rate that she gave was far better than we expected and the condo was clean and well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach rental. I know that I will definitely be staying there again when I get a chance and I'm telling all of my family and friends. Thanks Kathy!!!!!

We wanted to thank you for renting us your condo. The Sunbird is in a great location and since it is next door to Pineapple Willy's that made it even better. I took some great pictures out on the balcony of the ocean and the rainbow that appeared one day. We are already thinking about coming down next year and doing it all over again. Thanks again.
