LEEWARD ISLE KEY WEST RETREAT -- Dwell in the possibility! From the moment you park in the private parking lot you know you are some place special. A small gated and secured compound with only 13 properties, this townhome community is quiet and private while still being located right in the heart of Old Town. With a limited number of properties you may feel that your neighbor is an old friend. Just off the pool, Leeward Isle stands with the charm and dignity of Old Key West. Tin roof and white spindled decks remind you of days gone by. The property inside however is modern from the start, recently remodeled from top to bottom. Polished hardwood floors are throughout the downstairs with hardwood accents on the bar separating the kitchen and living room. Bright colors and decorated with Key West flair, this is truly a unique property. Equipped with flat screen TVs, stereo, CD player and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for four guests, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave -- every modern convenience for making yourself at home. The master bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom also has double French doors that lead to the front balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. Bedding: King, 2 Twins (can be converted into a King) . Sleeps up to 4 adults. $125 Cleaning Fee
