My husband and I recently stayed at Casa Pequena for several days and had a fantastic time! The casita is lovely and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the plaza. It feels like you're part of the community! We loved being within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants. Very convenient! The property is clean and quite comfortable for 2 people. The owners are wonderful and are very helpful. We definitely hope to visit Casa Pequena again in the future! Highly recommend!

Casa Pequena was a gem. Very small and adorable and with-in walking distance to the plaza. The place was so clean, which I appreciate. Amber was great to deal with; she always got back to me in a timely manner and was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend for 1 or 2 people who enjoy walking (although driving is a breeze) and want to feel a part of a neighborhood.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming and comfortable home. The location is excellent for walking all over Santa Fe, and also a great jumping off point for day trips to the beautiful surroundings of northern New Mexico. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first visit to Santa Fe, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Casa Pequena. The casita was neat and clean and served as a great home base for our explorations. We were able to walk to all the downtown stores, restaurants, galleries, museums, and performance venues. We also enjoyed hiking in the hills around the city and the surrounding area. We would certainly recommend Casa Pequena for anyone interested in visiting the Santa Fe area. Amber and Bill were very helpful and provided all the little extras that made our stay special.

This little casita was an absolute delight...it had charm, personality and was an easy walk to local Santa Fe attractions. One could tell upon arrival that the home was furnished with both love and guest comfort in mind. I would highly recommend this home...it has everything you need and then some! Loved the candles and lanterns around the kiva fireplace. Owners are extremely considerate and highly responsive. I give the experience an A-plus!! When visiting Santa Fe in the future I would look no further than here for y accommodations and feel so fortunate to have found this little piece of heaven...enjoy

Casa Pequena was perfect for us - a great launch pad to walk anywhere downtown, and to head out on field trips to the surrounding territory. All the conveniences - restaurants, shops, groceries were within walking distance, and we had easy access to the freeway. It was really nice to come home in the afternoons to decompress with a cool drink in the patio - a lovely, quiet sunny spot that made us feel that we belonged in this neighborhood! Amber was a great hostess...checked in on us, and made sure we were comfortable, with all questions and needs taken care of. VRBO is the way to go for us!

Pros: Great location to downtown Santa Fe. Enjoyed having more space than a hotel room. Nice to be in a neighborhood setting. Having a washer and dryer was very handy. Cons: The shower is very, very small with the shower head high on the wall. The TV screen was a computer monitor.

About the owner: 'Bienvenidos ~ Welcome' to Casa Pequena. When we first saw this classic 1940's adobe casita, our hearts jumped! We have taken great care to preserve the charm and detail that is unique to Santa Fe. The location is unsurpassed, day or night, central to all that is Santa Fe, making this a perfect retreat. We have lived in NM for over 10 years. We fell in love with the culture and the traditions that make it such a special place. Bill is a nationally recognized American Regional Landscape Artist, showing with Manitou Galleries on Palace Ave. Stop by on a Saturday to say hello! Amber is apart of one of Santa Fe's most successful real estate firms at Santa Fe Properties. We are living our dreams and hope that 'Casa Pequena' becomes your Santa Fe retreat for years to come! Warm Regards, William and Amber Haskell *Owner is a liscensed NM RE Broker
