WELCOME to Sand Dunes Lane 11.
Our private, oceanfront home sits directly on the beach in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. It has 4 Bedrooms and 4 full Bathrooms and boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean... especially from the large upper sundeck.
The property is located less than a 1/4 mile walk from the small, summery downtown and offers has close access to the private community pool and tennis courts. Also, if you're looking to escape from the island for a bit, historic downtown Charleston is only a short 20-minute drive.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen features dark wood cabinets and sky-blue walls and is large enough to prepare a multi-course feast. We have it fully equipped with updated appliances and plenty of storage. The attached bar seats three and is perfect for sneaking a quick lunch between tennis and a swim.
The dining area seats six and is located between the kitchen and the living area.
LIVING AREA and SUNROOM
Our spacious living area offers plenty of room for lounging in the shade while still enjoying panoramic views of the coast. Grab a movie on the flatscreen with the family when the sun goes down. Open the doors and turn on the stereo with a loved one as the waves mix into the ambiance.
MASTER
Our master bedroom is large and features a King size bed and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The room has its own full bathroom and has navy blue and white decor to reflect the maritime feel of the southeastern coast.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The second bedroom is set up exactly like the Master, however, located on the second floor. It has a King size bed, private access to the upstairs balcony and a private full bathroom. It is decorated in soft pastels and brown wicker.
The third and forth bedrooms have two Twin size beds and are tastefully decorated in sea foam green with wicker furnishings. They both have televisions, but only one has a private bathroom, while the other shares with the hallway.
OUTSIDE
Our home has two large sundecks that overlook our private wooden path out to the white, sandy beach. The upper deck has a large, teak table with plenty of seating for guests. Rise off the remnants of sand castles in the outdoor shower. Grab the family and throw some local shrimp on the grill and watch the sun go down. Go for a moonlit walk when the world is fast asleep. Drift away to the sound of the birds dancing with the stars during your Carolina retreat.
