We are proud to share this beautiful St. Simons Grand Condominium with our guests! We have three bedrooms, three baths, and new furnishings throughout.
You will enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. Our condominium is well appointed with large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront furnished balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Our condominium also features a 42' flat screen high definition TV with internet connection for a Netflix library of over 200 movies including many classics. This library is for your enjoyment and is free to our guests. We also have hardwood floors. beautiful furnishings, and spectacular ocean views.
Bedding includes: 1 king, 2 twins that can become a king, 1 queen, and 1 sleeper sofa.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

This is one of the finest units at The Grand. From the front door to the balcony this unit is well appointed and attention to every detail is the overall theme. Breathtaking views from the balcony and master bedroom. The view of the courtyard, pool, bridges, and grounds in the daytime is awesome, but the view in the night is extremely romantic and beautifully lighted. Inside we enjoyed watching movies on the comfy sectional sofa and chaise or some chose to cuddle up and read a book. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. First class amenities made us feel as if the owner was hosting us personally in their home. Unlike other units we have stayed in, this one had top quality beds and bedding. It felt as if we were staying at a Ritz-Carlton suite yet we had all the space and comfort of a large condo. We definitely plan to return to Unit 307 when we return to St. Simons. Many great memories and traditions were started on our trip. We look forward to many more in the future. Thank you for allowing us to experience your lovely beach home. We will be back. "Heaven on Earth" You won't find a more beautiful condominium with such a breathtaking view on SSI. This unit is spacious, clean, and a true home away from home. Very impressed with this condo, beautifully decorated and appointed with upgrades throughout. Wonderful views from the main area and master - nice, large balcony with plenty of nice seating. Condo owner is very nice and pleasant to work with - can't say enough about it, we had a wonderful time and were very comfortable there. We will definitely be staying here again, highly recommend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The unit was as described with a great view and high-quality furnishings, etc. We had great weather with hot mornings, but cooler afternoon and evening breezes. Dog friendly beach (before 9 and after 5). Blackwater Grill was also great - excellent fried greem tomatoes. Some in group also tried and liked Frederica House. Barbara Jeans had good lunch and Sandcastle had good, cheap breakfast. Hobie rental on beach was a hit - four teens / pre-teens went out for an hour with a skipper. Ladies shopped all over island, including Gentlemens Outfitters in one area, Paradise (?) near Blackwater and Tonya's shoes near pier. Service everywhere on island was excellent. Would be nice if check out time (10 am) was a little later, but we didn't even ask for late checkout. Not sure the bar's icemaker worked, but we didn't miss it. We would love to return!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
