  Thank you for sharing your lovely villa. You will find this villa warm and inviting with all the amenities of home. The pictures are for real, no suprises! Clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beach is just a short walk away and we were so close to all the wonderful restaurants HHI has to offer. Beth made us feel right at home and answered all our emails and questions promptly. We lookl forward to coming back to Folly Field during our future visits.

  This is the perfect get-a-way!!!!! The owners have gone above an beyond to insure that we have all the comforts of home in their lovely condo! Disney may be the happiest place on earth, but this is OUR favorite vacation spot!!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  Newly rennovated villa is a short walk to the beach..Very clean and comfortable. Also centrally located and a short drive to many restaurants and sight-seeing attractions in Hilton Head. We have stayed twice and would love to visit yearly!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Owner response: The central location is one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. You can get anywhere on the island within 10 minutes! We love having you stay at ouro place!

  My family and I had a great time at Hilton Head because of this unit. It was within easy walking distance of the beach - which we visited at length daily and of the pool - large, shallow and perfect for children. The property was clean and pictures displayed are exactly like what you get except for there now being new carpet. We would definetly go back again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We loved our week at the beach. My wife and I spent our first anniversary in Hilton Head in the Carver's villa and found it nothing but comfortable and inviting. We found all the comforts of home, and cooked a couple of meals in the crock pot that was available. The flat screen high def tv in the bedroom has us shopping for one at home! The photos on the website were mirror images of the villa. The owner's were very honest and forthright in everything they told us about their villa. The villa was clean and there was a number we could call is we needed anything. My sister has already booked a week in September with this villa, and we're going to book the same August week. There were several restaurants worth mentioning. They are Captain Woody's at Palmetto Bay Marina, and Sea Trawlers which is on 278, just on the other side of the mainland bridge. The service and food were incredible. Captain Woody's is always good. We'll be returning next summer, for a week in late July! This was a very affordable and very nice vacation.

  We loved our week at the beach, and have booked the same week for next year. Our children enjoyed having "new books and videos" to watch which are on hand in the villa. The bunk beds were great, and I liked the way we could close them off in the evening. The location is great and very close to the beach! The owners were very honest and forthright about their villa, the view and location!
