For singles, couples and families on a seaside vacation. Our one bedroom, one bathroom, first floor, fully equipped villa is 100 yards from the beach and pool down a boardwalk. There is a sitting balcony off the living room for your pleasure and you can listen to the roar of the ocean waves from it. The villa sleeps six in a queen bed, bunk beds built into the hallway that are ideal for children and they love them, and sofa sleeper. The villa is fully equipped and furnished, so all you need is your beach, tennis and golf gear! February of 2008, new carpet installed throughout the villa and other renovations made.

During Memorial Day and Labor, the resort provides a recreation staff that have hourly activities for children around the pool and beach area. Some of these activities include but are not limited to: Big Splash Contest, Beach Olympics, Water Balloon Toss, Basketball Shooting Contest, Shell Hunting, Hula Hoop Contest, Jewelry Making, Tye Dye T-Shirts, Sant Castle Buildling contest and more.

Let our villa be "your home away from home" while you vacation. The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the number 1 family oriented resort on the island.
