  We enjoyed our stay in Capi 201 very much, the condo is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful and extremely well stocked. We loved the small complex and got to know the other guests as we shared the yard and overlook area. The location is great; we rented bikes and could get to Rosemary Beach or Ally in a few minutes.

  Fantastic Property, Very Comfy, Amazing Views, Immaculate Landscape, Well maintained building, Ample Parking, Possibly the only property on 30a with a backyard! Perfect for a family of 4 our two couples. Beach was much more pleasant and less crowded than areas like Rosemary and Seaside. Kitchen Rocks. Did I mention the amazing views, if so I'll mention it again because it really is incredible. The temps were perfect the week we were there. 82 day and 72 night. We turned the air off and slept with sliding doors open at night. It was like having a built in wave machine. If I had anything at all to say negative, and it really wasn't a huge deal, I would say a flat screen on the wall in the living room and bed room would be incing on the cake. Loved it and will go back.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Owner response: We are glad that you loved our place, the designer kitchen, and our view and had a good time and great weather. As for your suggestion for 2 more flat screen TV's--I guess you loved the one in the master bedroom--we are hoping to add those as replacements in the guest bedroom and living room soon--depending on rental rates!!! Come back and stay with us us again.

  We have been coming down to Ft Walton Beaches for the past 18 years. Have stayed in several rentals over the years, mainly in Seacrest Beach. Capistrano is my new favorite! Your condo was beautiful,confortable and everything we needed for a perfect week! We will be back,maybe we will try a summer week!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Perfectly updated condo in the heart of the 30-A strand. Great view of the Gulf from the expansive patio. Beautiful beach. Mid-October is a perfect time to spend some time on the Gulf!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Great condo--love how the main living area is decorated, the great appliances and very well equipped kitchen. I felt at home after being here about 3 hours. Nice view from the balcony. I enjoyed the photographs thoroughout the condo, Thank you for sharing your home--This area of 30A is the absolute best.

  What more could anyone ask for? Great decor, fabulous views from the Kitchen, living room and balcony, green grass, a palm tree and crashing waves! Thank you for sharing such a lovely vacation spot.

  I am 12. This condo is probably the most beautiful, wonderful condo I've ever been in. It's very big. The TV is great, the kitchen is wonderful and the scenery is magnificent! I think the paintings are the key to the rooms. It was so easy to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing to the shore. I will surely come back here.
