Location...Location...The Nautical homes are the only vacation rental homes really located right in the "heart of downtown" Lake Geneva. Both are decorated throughout in all Lighthouses, Sailboats, Key West and Beach décor.

We have 2 homes right next door to each other...Homes can both be rented or rented individually!! Great for groups!!
The 5 bedroom home sleeps 12 and features one bedroom and one full bath on the main level and 4 additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs.
The 6 bedroom home sleeps 14 and features 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the main level and 4 additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Both homes have large living rooms and dining rooms for entertaining and fully-stocked kitchens.
Plus, add in our Studio apartment on the grounds that can sleep an additional 3 guests/full bath/kitchen. Together both homes and the apartment can sleep up to 29 guests.
All guests are welcome to use the Community Room on the grounds that has a Foosball Table, Tons of Games, Books and Puzzles and over 300 Movies in the Movie Library. Also, in the Community Room an Office Center with Wireless Internet for those that need some quiet time, additional kitchen area and full bathroom.
We specialize in weekend getaways, family gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate events, golf outings, bachelorette and bachelor parties, located right in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
And, why not rent our private Pontoon boat during your stay, available only to guests staying at "The Nautical Inn".

Our weekend could not have been nicer, The accommodations are perfect for a large group of friends or family. The homes are clean, cozy and inviting with all the comforts of home. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Once you park the car you can easily leave it and enjoy the short walk to down town shopping and other attractions. The web site does not misrepresent the property. You will not be disappointed.

Thank You...Thank You...Debi you were awesome to work with and the house was fabulous!! We had 14 family members and not one person complained the entire weekend. Next year we will be back for a week!! The house was really fun, decorated darling and we loved being able to walk to everything like you told us. Everything was really clean and well cared for and the boat was a really fun day on the lake. We ate in most of the time, but we really liked Popeye's and Sopra's as you suggested. Thank You again for a GREAT trip. We will see you soon!!

Deb and Rich!! Happy Anniversary!! Wilma Roselius Family Celebration!! We came from all over to celebrate Mom's 80th Birthday. Your homes are wonderful!! What a great place to make a memory and that we did!! So convenient to the shops and beach- Burgers on the grill, cards around the table, making movies-watching movies and playing in Wisconsin. Coffee on the porch every morning and beading around the table...8 children, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and MOM. This was the perfect venue. Thanks so much!!!

We thought it was time to get all our family's 4 generations together in one place for Christmas. Having grown up in the area Lake Geneva was (and is) one of my favorite places. Thought of going to a resort or hotel locale, but, wnated something different- and we selected your marvelous Nutical Inn homes (sight unseen) after finding an advertisement in a magazine, looking on-line and contacting you. They are incredibly delightful and we had a grand time. Thank you for your gracious reception. The second day we were here we awoke to a blanket of fresh snow, which continued all day, and then again later in the week. We got together with family and friends and everyone was impressed with the houses- the BIG question was how long did it take you to amass all of the Nautical decor? Our Christmas gathering was perfect and the Community Room was a big hit. It was a memorable visit and a really White Christmas here. We would highly recommend a visit here.
