This home features a main level with two bedrooms and one full bathroom, large living room and dining room for entertaining and a parlor area with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping quarters and an upper level which features 4 bedrooms, another large living room and a full bathroom.
Rent the Nautical B home - Sleeps 15 - 5 Bedrooms - Studio Apartment - Family Game Room - 4 Full Bathrooms - 3 Kitchens. 4 Queens, 5 Twins, 1 Full Futon. This home features a 'main home' with one bedroom, one full bathroom, large living room and dining room for entertaining and a large kitchen with full sized appliances on the main level and an upper level which features 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Included in this rental is an attached 'studio apartment' with a living/bedroom area, full bathroom and summer kitchen with full sized appliances and an attached 'family game room' including another kitchen with full sized appliances, full bathroom, foosball table, games, movies, books, puzzles, fishing poles, coolers and yard games!

We rented the property for our father’s 80th birthday and could not have been happier! Clean, cozy, very well-maintained and perfect for our family. It was even cuter than the pictures portrayed and there was plenty of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms. It had a large kitchen and we love to cook, the whole layout was great. It was chilly out so we spent most of our time indoors at night playing games, eating way too much and visiting, but during the day most of the group was out spending the day in town. My favorite was the Cornerstone Shop, beautiful store! Guys loved Champs Sports Bar. Overall, we all had a great time and would highly recommend this property. We are already looking into a stay next summer when the kids can enjoy the beach and we can spend more time outdoors admiring all the Nautical décor the owners have in the yard area. Highly recommended. Thank You for the memories. The nautical inn is a great place to stay! It is close to downtown Lake Geneva and the beaches and that is handy on weekends when you can't find a place to park anywhere! The homes are very attractive, clean and well kept. You can tell that the owners take great pride in how the places look. We would stay there again in a heart beat!!Owner response: Thank You!! I just wanted to say Thank You for a great weekend away for my family!! Everything could not have been more perfect!! We travel together yearly for our annual family reunion and the Nautical houses were by far the best stay we have ever had!! Not one person complained the whole time. If you are planning a stay here you will not be disappointed. We rented both homes and had so much room. We ate together, played games, shopped in town (my favorite), went on a boat ride, ate more, guys golfed, kids mini-golfed...we had a blast!! Everyone loved and commented on all the decorations at the homes all weekend long, OMG where did you get everything? Debi (the owner) could not have been more helpful throughout the whole planning process, she must have answered a 100 emails before we arrived, Thank You!! We will be back again next year, I am pitching the family for a week in the summer!!Owner response: Oh Thank You!! It was my pleasure helping out!! We are so glad you all had a great time. I look forward to hearing from you about another stay...keep throwing those pitches...lol...Debi

Our weekend could not have been nicer, The accommodations are perfect for a large group of friends or family. The homes are clean, cozy and inviting with all the comforts of home. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Once you park the car you can easily leave it and enjoy the short walk to down town shopping and other attractions. The web site does not misrepresent the property. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank You...Thank You...Debi you were awesome to work with and the house was fabulous!! We had 14 family members and not one person complained the entire weekend. Next year we will be back for a week!! The house was really fun, decorated darling and we loved being able to walk to everything like you told us. Everything was really clean and well cared for and the boat was a really fun day on the lake. We ate in most of the time, but we really liked Popeye's and Sopra's as you suggested. Deb and Rich!! Happy Anniversary!! Wilma Roselius Family Celebration!! We came from all over to celebrate Mom's 80th Birthday. Your homes are wonderful!! What a great place to make a memory and that we did!! So convenient to the shops and beach- Burgers on the grill, cards around the table, making movies-watching movies and playing in Wisconsin. Coffee on the porch every morning and beading around the table...8 children, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and MOM. This was the perfect venue.
