Accommodations:  Two Homes, 11 Bedrooms + Detached Unit, 4 Baths (Sleeps 29)

We have 2 homes right next door to each other...Homes can both be rented or rented individually!! The Nautical homes are decorated throughout in all Lighthouses, Sailboats, Key West and Beach décor.

Sleeping up to 29 comfortably, the 5 bedroom home features one bedroom and one full bath on the main level and 4 additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and the 6 bedroom home features 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the main level and 4 additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Both homes have large living rooms and dining rooms for entertaining and fully-stocked kitchens. Plus add in our Studio apartment that can sleep an additional 3 guests/full bath.

We specialize in weekend getaways, family gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate events, golf outings, bachelorette and bachelor parties, located right in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

And, why not rent our private Pontoon boat during your stay, available only to guests staying at "The Nautical Inn".

A stay at The Nautical Inn is a whimsical treat, located in the downtown Lake Geneva Historic District. This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over a quarter century. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions.

Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on our large front porchs, complete with wicker furniture. Or, sit back and enjoy a cool drink or lunch on our rear back deck, complete with a patio/umbrella set, lots of seating and a BBQ grill. We have plenty of off-street parking and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away.

Due to the number of inquiries about our home's location, we are truly located within the town of Lake Geneva and NOT outside of the town's city limits. Just an hour's drive from Chicago and Milwaukee, The Nautical Inn is just 3 short blocks from the public access to the lake, boat rentals and moorings. After you have settled in, you can stroll out the front door to our Historic Main Street for a leisurely day of shopping or grab a bite to eat and one of the great restaurants.

    Hi Debi, I once again want to tell you how much fun we had and enjoyed your home! I so loved sitting on the porch in the morning with my coffee. The little ones are already asking. "When can we go back to the Blue House"? Your decorating is amazing. And you did not forget anything as far as stocking the kitchen! We all slept very well and felt like we were at home. Your location is Perfect!! Close enough to walk, but not the noise. How nice to not have to pack everyone up and try to find a parking spot downtown. We enjoyed the lake with our boat and of course dinner at Popeye's. Your customer service, and thoughtfulness, far exceeded our expectations. I am sure you will see us again. Thank you, The Holley's

    11 of us came from Chicago for a ski and spa weekend. We usually get 3 condo suites at The Cove, but we tried the Nautical this year. It's great with equal parts Big Chill and The Real World. We went to check out the bowling alley and they were having a Muscular Dystrophy event, my friend jason won first prize. The house is great...
