I just wanted to say Thank You for a great weekend away for my family!! Everything could not have been more perfect!! We travel together yearly for our annual family reunion and the Nautical houses were by far the best stay we have ever had!! Not one person complained the whole time. If you are planning a stay here you will not be disappointed. We rented both homes and had so much room. We ate together, played games, shopped in town (my favorite), went on a boat ride, ate more, guys golfed, kids mini-golfed...we had a blast!! Everyone loved and commented on all the decorations at the homes all weekend long, OMG where did you get everything? Debi (the owner) could not have been more helpful throughout the whole planning process, she must have answered a 100 emails before we arrived, Thank You!! We will be back again next year, I am pitching the family for a week in the summer!!

Our weekend could not have been nicer, The accommodations are perfect for a large group of friends or family. The homes are clean, cozy and inviting with all the comforts of home. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Once you park the car you can easily leave it and enjoy the short walk to down town shopping and other attractions. The web site does not misrepresent the property. You will not be disappointed.

Thank You...Thank You...Debi you were awesome to work with and the house was fabulous!! We had 14 family members and not one person complained the entire weekend. Next year we will be back for a week!! The house was really fun, decorated darling and we loved being able to walk to everything like you told us. Everything was really clean and well cared for and the boat was a really fun day on the lake. We ate in most of the time, but we really liked Popeye's and Sopra's as you suggested. Thank You again for a GREAT trip. We will see you soon!!

We thought it was time to get all our family's 4 generations together in one place for Christmas. Having grown up in the area Lake Geneva was (and is) one of my favorite places. Thought of going to a resort or hotel locale, but, wnated something different- and we selected your marvelous Nutical Inn homes (sight unseen) after finding an advertisement in a magazine, looking on-line and contacting you. They are incredibly delightful and we had a grand time. Thank you for your gracious reception. The second day we were here we awoke to a blanket of fresh snow, which continued all day, and then again later in the week. We got together with family and friends and everyone was impressed with the houses- the BIG question was how long did it take you to amass all of the Nautical decor? Our Christmas gathering was perfect and the Community Room was a big hit. It was a memorable visit and a really White Christmas here. We would highly recommend a visit here.

Hi Debi, I once again want to tell you how much fun we had and enjoyed your home! I so loved sitting on the porch in the morning with my coffee. The little ones are already asking. "When can we go back to the Blue House"? Your decorating is amazing. And you did not forget anything as far as stocking the kitchen! We all slept very well and felt like we were at home. Your location is Perfect!! Close enough to walk, but not the noise. How nice to not have to pack everyone up and try to find a parking spot downtown. We enjoyed the lake with our boat and of course dinner at Popeye's. Your customer service, and thoughtfulness, far exceeded our expectations. I am sure you will see us again. Thank you, The Holley's

I stayed at the Nautical Inn with 14 friends over the weekend of May 29, 2009 and enjoyed it very much. The Inn is full-service, with all cookware, grilling utensils and most bathroom amenities provided. It is in a secluded quiet area bordered on all sides by businesses or churches, yet only a short walk from downtown Lake Geneva. Parking is ample. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with--I would definitely recommend it for any large group.

The owners go out of there way to make your stay a pleasant one. Providing coolers, equipment to grill with and even entertainment for the kids!!! WE had a great time and would love to come back again!!!

Family Reunion

Our families rented both of the nautical homes for our annual family reunion. We had a blast!! The houses were spacious with plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The location was right downtown and we were all able to walk to the lake, shopping and all resturants. We have decided to make this the place for our annual reunion.

The house worked out perfectly for our Bachelorette Party. The Fall colors have been georgous and we loved being able to walk to town. We had a great reunion. 12 nurses who graduated from Milwaukee Hospital School of Nursing 50 years ago!! We will be attending an alumni reunion on Friday at the Radisson. This house was so accommodating and we all enjoyed Lake Geneva. The 12 Round Robins who have kept in close touch through a letter that makes the rounds once a year (for 40 years)and through mini-reunions periodically!

Hey, Deb - We just got back to St. Louis last night after our stay at the Nautical Inn, and I wanted to let you know what a terrific time we had. Everything was perfect. We angled the dining room table so we could butt the kitchen table up to it, and had plenty of room for all of us to play cards and enjoy meals together. We were all so impressed at how thoughtful you were, from that terrific notebook you put together, to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, to the extra bathroom supplies and the cardtable and chairs that were waiting for us. After negotiating the downtown traffic for a couple of hours, we really appreciated the convenience of the parking area behind the house. And you were absolutely right - we could walk to everything! My only real worry was how 11 adults would share 2 bathrooms!! I am happy to report that we had no problems at all! Obviously our group has learned how "to share well with others". :) Thanks again for everything. You can be sure we will spread the word about your outstanding accomodations! Our stay here was just delightful. The accommodations were perfect for 11 of us. We really enjoyed the "mailboat" tour and found a number of great restaurants to handle large groups. "Mars" on Lake Como was wonderful. We "really" appreciated parking spaces on the premises. Adding the kitchen table to the dining room table gave us enough room for cards! All in all we had a great time!

Hi Debi! I just received your note in the mail - how nice of you! We ABSOLUTELY enjoyed our stay with you. My parents LOVE boating,lighthouses and the ocean, so we knew when we saw your website that they'd love it! We surprised them after the party, as they had NO IDEA where we were taking them! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the kitchen perfect for our clan, and your cozy backyard complete with grill was a hit on Saturday! The weather was great, so we had a cookout Saturday afternoon - what fun! Also, thank you kindly for the unexpected, beautiful gift bag for my parents - they LOVED it!
