The property was perfect!Guest comment entered by manager
The property was perfect!
We enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness that Seabrook offered. We loved Charleston but we enjoyed coming back to Seabrook each day. The property was perfect for 4 adults and had everything that we needed. The property was decorated well and was very warm and inviting. I would like to have been able to pay cash instead of using the amenity card but that is truly my only suggestion. Our stay was pretty much perfect. We will be back.

We Loved the Place!!
Just wanted to let you know we loved the place!! We had such a nice vacation, even though the weather didn't cooperate and not everyone could stay the whole time! We definitely want to come back! The dogs loved the beach and so did we. I will be emailing to arrange another vacation soon I hope. Thanks for all the good information you gave us before arriving.

Wonderful island, wonderful condo
Wonderful island, wonderful condo
This was our first visit to the island and staying at this lovely condo made our first impression a memorable experience. The condo is just as advertised and very clean and well-appointed and nicely decorated. There is so much to do within a few dozen steps from the condo door. Restaurants, beach, swimming pool, a lovely gift shop and a gorgeous golf course with its own wildlife. My favorite place: the huge balcony which to all parts of the condo with sliders. Very nice overhead fans in each room which kept things very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again and have already recommended this property to our relatives.

Special Memories - A Great Vacation
My friends and I had stayed at the Atrium Villas during our first Seabrook vacation years back. Wow, almost didn’t recognize the island Club with its new facilities and Atrium building after its stunning renovation. This 2903 condo is just great, done up so tastefully and inviting. Sufficient space for all of us. Breath-taking vistas. Special memories of the lovely deck sipping from our wine glasses in the setting sun and watching the last foursome coming down the fairway. We took a lot of time-out but had great fun exploring the nature trails in Camp Christopher’s and checking out the indoor pool at the Lake House & gym; what a fantastic facility on the island! Enjoyed all the neat boutiques, galleries, and restaurants at Freshfields and neighboring St. Johns Island. Had a ball!

Wonderful, Memorable Vacation at this Lovely Villa
We spent some wonderful, memorable days on this gorgeous island. Being directly next to the club amenities, the large Island House, Pelican’s Nest beach restaurant, pools, and beach made the location of the Atriums just perfect. With so many things this place offers we did not stay long enough to do it all. We came here to unwind and take in the island’s serenity and natural beauty and made the most of it. The weather was delightful and we mostly took to the pool lounges and sun with a good novel. We enjoyed our beach walks to Captain Sam’s inlet watching the dolphins strand feeding (what a spectacle), greeting the riders on horseback in the morning and the pelicans flying overhead. What we liked best was the short distance from the beach to our villa so we could be back and forth in a flash. The condo had all the comfort we wanted. It was nicely furnished. So glad we found this place and will recommend it to anyone who seeks some relaxing quality time away from home.

We absolutely loved this place!
We absolutely loved this place! It was exactly what we wanted. Enjoyed the comfortable and spacious set up with pretty furnishings. Cozy bedrooms each with its nice bathroom. Stunning golf course views with lots of wildlife activities were a wonderful bonus. Our first time on Seabrook we were impressed by the island’s overall private environment and southern charm. What we found here was beyond our expectations! The Spanish moss on all trees lends sort of a mystical touch. We had a fabulous time, mainly enjoying the beach, playing bocce or frisbee in the surf. We’ll never forget our relaxing family bike rides on the beach, along the many peaceful inlets, lagoons, marshes, and to lively Bohicket Marina. It is a special place with so many things to do. We wish we could have spent more time to take advantage of all the amenities but I am sure we will be back!

Looking Forward to Our Return!!
Looking Forward to Our Return!!
Our family beach trip to Seabrook was perfect! The island is a great getaway with so much to do; golf, tennis, horsebackriding, eating, swimming, biking, dolphin watching, and tanning! I am so happy we picked this villa because it made our stay seem as if we were at a luxury resort. The villa was so "southern tastefully" decorated without being ''beachy'. ( I like pelicans and shells as much as the next person, but I don't want to sleep in a room full of them!) It was utterly immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and the villa was spacious enough for this family of five to spread out and make ourselves at home. My girls especially loved having a tv in their own bedroom for a week! We enjoyed lots of family time playing together outdoors and happily came back to this gorgeous villa to have some dinners out on the covered patio overlooking the lagoons that cover the golf course. My son loved hearing the animals in the night as we all sat by candlelight, I was astounded by the deer on the island! On a morning run, I passed several within 10 feet of me and they wouldn't move! Atrium villas are so close to the beach, pools, and Island House it's something that should be known to all Seabrook visitors. That being said, it's so close that if you've forgotten your hat, sunscreen, or beach toys, it's no bother to go up to the villa to get them. I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else on the island. Now that we found this gem of a villa in Seabrook, we have booked our next trip already!
