Peaceful Retreat We love coming to Topsail Island. It is so relaxing. Treasure Realty is the best! Everyone is always very helpful and nice. We have been using them for our rentals for the past 8 years. This is our favorite house to rent. It is located just across from the beach so we get the best of both worlds - ocean and intercoastal waterway. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen The house has every thing you could ever need. .Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at 204 Mason Court June 30-July 7, 2012. This was my groups second time staying at this property. The house could not be more beautiful! Pictures on the website do it no justice at all! On our second stay, we had 10 people staying with us, and the spaciousness of the house didn't make us feel cramped at all. Our favorite part is the deck out back that overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. As well as the private dock with the gazebo down by the waterside. Being here during the fourth of July holiday was also a real thrill for us, to be able to see fireworks out over the ocean and to spend quality time with friends that don't get to see each other that often. Other features of the house that were very nice and accommodating to us, were the large size of the kitchen, that is fully stocked with any utensil or appliance you might need. And the master bedroom, with the jacuzzi tub was just awesome! The office staff at Treasure Realty couldn't have been more helpful with the entire process from the time we booked until the time we arrived. If you're looking for a nice vacation rental property, this would be a good choice!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
