Accommodations: Townhome, 2 Bedrooms (2 queen size beds), New Sofa Bed with 9 inch mattress (double), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6 comfortably, max 6). We also have access to another unit at Eagle Lodge which is 5 min walk away (see listing http://www.vrbo.com/449755) so two units can be rented to accommodate 12 people.
Located in the very popular Glacier's Reach townhouse complex The unit features a private hot tub on the outdoor patio.
You can keep your car parked for the duration of your stay, as the Village Stroll, a pedestrian-only promenade lined with shops and restaurants that winds into the heart of the Village, begins directly across the street. As well, it is only an eight-minute walk to the lifts (or catch the FREE shuttle directly across the street), and The Marketplace, Whistler's largest shopping centre, is also located across the street. The townhouse is just minutes from three world-class golf courses, and the Glacier's Reach complex adjoins the Valley Trail system, allowing for easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails.
In addition to the private hot tubs, some of the features of the townhouse include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas fireplace, BBQ, Jacuzzi, deep soaker tub, internet access, New 50 inch Plasma TV in living room, 2 LCD TV's (one in each bedroom) a DVD player, Ipod player, Iphone/Ipad chargers and a CD stereo player. As well, guests have access to the outdoor heated pool, shared hot tub, sauna, fitness centre, underground secured parking, and bike storage in the Glacier's Reach complex.
Condiments, spices, foil, saran wrap, coffee/coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The unit is very clean and well maintained, however it is a small two bedroom and would be very tight housing and sleeping six. The best part of the unit is proximity to the village; it is a short pleasant walk. This unit was a lower level unit with no view and was very noisy as it fronts the main street and very early in the morning the snow plows are very loud, as is the street noise. It stated that coffee was provided, but there was only one coffee serving provided. The two bedside lamps in the main bedroom did not work and when we called the maintenance number provided to have them fixed, we got no callback nor were they fixed. Unit also requires you to run the dishwasher and ensure clean dishes, etc. are returned to the cupboards prior to checking out.. This means that you either do not cook breakfast on the morning you leave as there is no time to run the cycle, return all dishes to cupboards and be out by 10:00. It should be acceptable to simply ensure the dishes are in the washer and running by the time you leave.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.
Owner response: Thank you for your comments Nikki. The bedroom lamps do work - there is a light switch next to the bedroom door that controls the plugs (outlets) in the room. I just had maintenance look at it to confirm and they are OK. Thanks for your suggestion about the dishwasher, I asked the cleaners if it was OK to turn on the dishwasher and leave the items for them to put back in the cupboards and they are ok with it, so we will implement this suggestion for future guests. Thanks for your suggestions

Everything's here, super decor, hot tub is swell after a day on the hill. Kitchen well stocked with good quality utensils and herbs and spices and so on so you're not buying those itmes waste fully. You can make a nice dinner here. Owner clearly looks after things carefully. We had a great time in this unit. From the beginning, Galib (the owner) was very approachable and very trustworthy. He was always available to answers all of our questions and he did his best to make our vacation a very good one. The unit itself is very new and clean and is equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is right across the street from the village, and this made shopping very easy for us. We had a great time using the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone who wants to have a relaxing, trouble-free vacation in Whistler. I would think of Galib's unit if I want to go back to Whistler for another trip!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I recently stayed at this suite with two visiting friends from the UK who were looking to snowboard in Whistler. It was a great suite with more than enough room for the four of us and a fully equipped kitchen which made for making meals like breakfast very convenient. The bathrooms were really clean and stocked with plenty of towels and overall the place was well maintained. The location was also perfect as we were right across the street from shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, liquor store if we needed anything and a 5 minute walk into the main village. And of course the private hot tub was an added bonus ! I would definitely recommend this property for an upcoming stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had the best time staying in this suite with our visitors from London England!! It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to the Whistler/Blackcomb ski lifts, shops, restaurants etc. Right around across the street is a grocery store, liquor store and Starbucks (along with some other shops) which is very convenient for picking up a few items to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. The bedrooms were a great size allowing room to store our personal items. The bathrooms were clean and I loved the toiletries that were provided. What a nice touch! We enjoyed the private outdoor hot tub after a day on the hills. Thank you Galib - we will most definitely be back!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was great after the walks in the pouring rain. The beds were comfy and the unit is well kept, just wish there was one more comfy chair in living area. You could not get a better location, as this unit is right across the road from the Market and the start of the whole village! Perfect for two couples. The place was excellent for our family visit to Whistler. It was very clean and comfortable with all details looked after. Very well maintained unit and unit\bldg includes all amenities as stated. Instructions received pre visit were very detailed, well laid out and helpful. Very convenient location to Whistler village and trails. Cancellation policy:
CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. ON THE ARRIVAL DATE AND DEPARTURE IS 10:00 A.M. ON THE DEPARTURE DATE. The following conditions shall govern this Rental Agreement: 1. Security/Damage Deposit: A damage/security deposit of $500 is required. This is done in the form of a pre-authorization to your credit card prior to your arrival. It is not an actual charge to your credit card at that point, but it is a “hold” of funds against your card’s available balance. We will not convert this to a charge to your credit card unless there is damage to the townhome or any missing items. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. This deposit is not applied towards the rent. No charge will be made to your credit card with regard to damage provided the following are met: a) No damage is done to the townhome or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers in the garbage and recycling room, and any soiled dishes are cleaned. d) All keys are placed on the key rack in the front entrance. The cost of replacing a lost key is $200 e) Townhome must be locked upon departure. f) No linens are lost or damaged. g) NO early check out or check in h) The Maximum number of guests shall be 6 (six) 2. Deposit and cancellation: The deposit is 50% and is non refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and is 50% non refundable. TENANT shall not let nor sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement or any interest in it without prior written consent of WGI 2. Noise: In order to promote an enjoyable vacation experience at Glaciers Reach, excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning. Use of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm 3. TENANT will inspect the townhouse upon arrival and immediately notify the WGI of any damage or it will be agreed that the TENANT accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during his tenancy and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by TENANT during his stay. 4. Maintenance fees, utilities, and local telephone service will be provided by WGI. ALL TOLL CALLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT AND MUST BE CHARGED TO TENANT'S CALLING CARD OR DIALED COLLECT. 5. The Premises may be occupied only by TENANT and his / her guests as a private residence. TENANT agrees to abide by the rules and code of conduct which govern the other occupants of residential units within Glacier's Reach Townhouse. 6. TENANT agrees to limit the occupancy of the overnight guests in the Premises during the term of this Rental Agreement to 6 persons, including children. No one under the age of 18 shall be permitted to occupy a Unit without an adult in attendance. 7. NO PETS of any type shall be permitted by TENANT or his / her guests within the Premises. 8. WGI shall not be liable to TENANT for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever. 9. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED anywhere inside the Premises. Anyone wishing to smoke may do so in any of the outside patio areas. 10. Our townhome is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. THE undersigned TENANT must be 23 years or older and acknowledges having read the foregoing prior to execution. The undersigned TENANT hereby gives permission to charge my credit card for the amounts above and agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. By signing below, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement. Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.
