This newly renovated villa is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac in exclusive Terres Basses. The stunning views of the clear blue water of Simpson Bay lagoon and the island itself from every room in the villa are unparalleled. Villa C’est La Vue is a secluded and peaceful getaway.
The main house consists of a spacious living and dining area with a custom kitchen all furnished with imported rattan, teak and mahogany. The first bedroom suite and custom bathroom is located just of the living area. Just outside is a covered gallery with seating and dining on the terrace. There is also an office adjacent to the main house available for use by guests.The stone tiled pool deck and free form pool separate the main house from the cottage. The pool features a sloping entry and a beautiful rock formation with waterfall into the pool. Comfortable teak loungers surround the pool area for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors.
Although referred to as the “cottage”, the second building of the villa is anything but small. It houses two large king size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All rooms in the cottage open onto another covered terrace with outdoor living and dining areas of their own.
In addition to the completed main house and cottage, C’est La Vue has a 4, 5, and 6th king size bedroom constructed in a separate building. This bedroom suite features its own living area, en suite bathroom and kitchenette as well as its own covered terrace with outdoor dining and the same fantastic view.
St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
