Our five bedroom home boasts 2 king master ensuites, 1 Queen master suite, and two Disney inspired bedrooms with 2 twins in each room. With 4 bathrooms you won’t be standing in line for the next shower. Perfect for a family reunion or 2 families traveling together.
If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks enjoy a relaxing day at your own private pool, shoot a game of pool or challenge your children on the full-sized arcade style air hockey table in the home’s game room. Play station 2 is provided for your enjoyment (bring your favorite games). Free WiFi is available should you need to check in with work or home. Or take a short 5 minute walk to the clubhouse (a little over 2 blocks) go to one of the many playground/ parks throughout Windsor Hills.
This home is within the gated community of Windsor Hills. The home is equipped with a security system for your peace of mind. Safety locks keep the pool area secure from wandering children. (These locks are the same locks that were used in the Olympic Games to protect the athletes.) A children’s safety fence is provided to protect our littlest guests from access to the pool.

The luxurious 37’ pool deck with 28' x 15' pool and spa south-facing for the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. Pool toys. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ with utensils for a nominal charge.
Great Room:
As you enter this exceptional villa you will know that you selected the right home for your vacation. The quality of the furnishing immediately stands out. Enjoy a theater experience in our comfortably furnished family room. Our family room features a large screen High Definition TV with surround sound. A selection of DVD’s are provided or bring your own movie or you can even walk down to the sundry shop and select one from their large selection.
Dining Area:
The formal dining area seats 6 with the additional leaf with seat 8 for the extra special occasions. There are additional dining areas in the breakfast nock, breakfast bar or on the pool deck.
Kitchen:
All the conveniences of a modern kitchen can be found in this fantastic kitchen. Everything you need down to the corkscrew. 42” cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Well equipped for those home cooked meals
Laundry Room Area:
There is no need to over pack, a heavy duty large capacity washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, Leave some room in your suite case to purchase new clothing from the designer outlet malls within minutes of the resort. Ironing board and Iron are also provided.
1st Floor Master Bedroom #1:
This West Indies themed bedroom features a King size 4 poster bed with ensuite master bath. Beautifully decorated with matching furnishings and framed art work truly shows like a model home. Flat screen HDTV for private late night viewing after a day at the parks
1st Floor Family Bathroom:
This bath full bath contains a full size bathtub and shower, a large vanity and water closet.
1st Floor Master Bedroom #2:
Plantation Style (Old South) 4 poster poster King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special, and has its own flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
1st Floor dual twin bedroom:
This Princess inspired bedroom features twin sized beds. Inspired by Disney princesses. Your girls will certainly feel like princesses. An ensuite bath with full tub/shower, large vanity and water closet. Additional features include a flat screen HD TV & DVD.
Upstairs Queen Master Suite:
Carribean inspired room contains queen sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. A full size crib in addition there is a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Additional features include a flat screen HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Beautifully furnished and comfortable, with both pirate and princess rooms for the kids, all slept very well on the comfortable bedding. The kids loved the game room, and also enoyed getting in the heated pool and hot tub afer long days at Disney. Very convenient location. Many resturants and stores close by, and the entrance to Disney properties was only five minutes away. The community, Windsor Hills, was very nice with several playground areas, and a large community recreation area. Can only think of one suggestion. We love to cook when vacationing, and the kitchen could use a few large bowls, a baking sheet, and some kitchen towels. That is our only suggestion, as the house is really beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week long trip with regard to comfort, size, and location. We have already recommended it to some friends who are planning a trip at the end of 2012 to Disney. Hopefully, they will consider this lovely house!Did you find this review helpful? This home is beautifully appointed and in a perfect location. The resort community of Windsor Hills is wonderful for children. The location is close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The house itself is well thought out, spacious and luxurious with room for everyone. The private pool and hot tub in the backyard is great for the entire family.
