Ocean Falls Cottage is a custom built brand new home with construction finished in spring of 2012. Dutch Colonial/Cape in style the house has a welcoming front porch and a screened porch and deck on the ocean side of the house with 180 degree views of the ocean and islands. The interior is composed of large windows, dark floors, soothing colors and comfortable furnishings.

First Floor & Lower Level:

Enter the house through the front door which is located on the street side of the house. Proceed through a large hallway with stairs to the second floor and enter into the open living space. The kitchen, living and dining space is lined with windows providing 180 degree views of the ocean. French doors open to both the deck and screened porch. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and the work space faces the spectacular ocean views. The living room has a large stone fireplace and comfortable seating with flat screen TV. Also on the first floor is a smaller den and office area. Additionally, there is also a powder room and a 'mud-room' with storage space and a wine refrigerator. The lower level has ocean views in the family/game room and additional bonus bedroom with a king bed. There is a full bath on the lower level and the outdoors can be accessed through the family room.

Second Floor:

At the top of the stairs to the left, overlooking the ocean is the fabulous master bedroom suite. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king sized bed while the master bathroom has a double sink, glass-enclosed shower, and large Jacuzzi tub. This master bathroom is a lovely, relaxing oasis. Also, with ocean views is a large bedroom with 2 sets of XL twin size bunk beds along with a full bath. The final 2 bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bath. All of the bedrooms are appointed with lovely, high quality linens, and the bathrooms feature tiles and double sinks. The laundry room is also located on the second floor.
