We enjoyed a very Merry Christmas here at your cozy villa thanks to your thoughtful attention and hospitality. We were continuously surprised and delighted upon finding everything we needed, from scotch tape to a lint brush, beach towels, dishes of all shapes and sizes, and even a height cushion for the golf cart! You've thought of everything - oh (except maybe a dictionary to look of Bill O'Reilly's word for the day! Blessings to you both!

and put my daughter and two grandchildren in Mikes golf cart to show us the way to their villa. What a great start to my kids vacation. I was there for May and June, 2010 so it's about time I gave my review. My kids stayed with me for 18 days and then I was there by myself. Mike and Cathy were "aware" of me at all times which made everything wonderful. The villa inself is furnished really nice and I couldn't have asked for anything more, because it is more than fully equipped. Anyone wanting to rent their villa will be fortunate to get it. You will love it, I know I sure did. Many thanks to Mike and Cathy.

We stayed in this condo the week of 11/1/04 and feel it is the best of the units we stayed in the last three years. The cono, furnishings and even the golf cart are all like new. It's in walking distance to the town square and the community has it's own uncrowded pool. The owners met us to show us around the condo and returned our deposit promptly. We recommend this condo to new or returning Village renters.

WE HADA GREAT TIME AT THE VILLAGES AND THE VILLA WE RENTED IS MAINTAINED TO NEW CONDITON. IT IS FURNISHED MUCH THE SAME AS A PERSONAL HOME AND NOT A RENTAL, WHICH IS REALLY NICE. WE STAYED 2 WEEKS AND HAD SOMETHING TO DO EACH DAY AND EVENING. THE IMMEDIATE AREA HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH GOOD RESTAURANTS TO SATISFY EVERYONE. ALL THE RESIDENTS, AS WELL AS THE OWNERS, ARE FRENDLY AND MAKE YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE. WE TRAVEL A LOT AND THIS IS ONE VACATION WE WILL NOT FORGET.

Just returned from our stay at the Villages. This villa is very well kept and convienent to everything. Owners are wonderful to deal with. Eveything was clean and comfortable and we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay.

It is everything the add says it is. Landlord's are great & easy to get along with(lots of fun, too). When you stay here, you feel you belong. The people in the neighborhood make you feel welcome. You are asked to join in all the activities & really get to know them & the area. We liked it so much we ended up buying across the street. We've gotten to know the owners & they are truly lovely people & keep the villa up to date & always CLEAN!!! If there are ever any problems with the villa they are there immediately to remedy it. We rented from them for 3 yrs. & enjoyed every minute of the time spent there. On a scale of to 1-5 we'd give it a resounding 5!
