Escape from life's daily grind to relax in this unique, custom built cabin. Nestled in the woods, the property enjoys stunning views of Sproat Lake. A few short steps lead to 66 feet of private pebble beach. A new dock provides easy water access for swimming, boating, water skiing or sunbathing.
The non-smoking cabin offers all amenities of home (including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, barbecue and stone gas fireplace) while highlighting the beautiful setting with the cathedral pine ceiling, hardwood floors and custom built open timber staircase. The main floor of the cabin is about 700 square feet with a great room (kitchen-living room), bedroom, bathroom, entrance and laundry. The 300 square foot loft is divided into two bedrooms. Below the main floor is a 400 square foot basement to store water fun items. Two decks overlook the lake.
The Lake House is an all season family retreat. Geographically located half way between Nanaimo and Long Beach Tofino, it is convenient for day trips to the West Coast. In the winter, the cabin provides a cozy escape to regroup and rejuvenate. In the summer, it is perfect backdrop for long hours frolicking in the water and late nights around a campfire on the beach.
