One of the first floor bedrooms is handicapped friendly, with a ramp and separate entrance as well as a private handicapped friendly bathroom. An elevator is available to make getting around easy for all. Multiple gathering areas are beautifully appointed with designer décor, gas fireplaces, large flat screen TV’s and of course a splendid view of the sea! A theater room with seating for 15 allows you to watch a movie or cheer on your favorite team in style! Other amenities only found in upscale vacation rentals include a gym overlooking the indoor pool, a small library complete with books and wireless internet access, and a billiards room. Beautiful hardwood floors as well as stone and tile throughout the home. Whether you are vacationing with your extended family or enjoying a family reunion, retreat or wedding, the gourmet kitchen will accommodate your needs effortlessly. Commercial grade kitchen appliances include two large capacity refrigerators, two dishwashers, and double ovens. The granite counters offer areas to prepare and present your meals, and the large dining tables will accommodate everyone in the same room. A convenient kitchenette for extra food and beverage storage as well as a great place to grab a cold drink and a snack while at the pool or on the beach. Bella Vita accepts reservations for full weeks only (Saturday to Saturday) April 1st to October 31st of each year. 2014 reservations booked in 2013 will require a 25% deposit within 24 hours of the booking date. The remainder of the first payment will be due in September 2013.
