Soak up the sunshine pool side while watching the surf through tempered glass fencing that provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. Feel the cool ocean spray while relaxing in the shade on the top level of the two story gazebo, a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee. The large deck, outfitted with under decking, provides a dry, shaded space for those with sensitive skin as well as letting you enjoy the beach even on rainy days. Play pool, foosball, or Wii in the game room adjacent to the pool area. If you prefer outdoor entertainment, play in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or try a game of shuffleboard, ping pong, or corn hole! Watch your favorite movie or sporting event sitting at the pool bar…sun or shade are both available to you. Getting to your piece of paradise is equally special…through a private gate directly onto the white sandy beach. In the evenings, wind down in the home theatre media room, complete with surround sound, stadium seating, and drink holders. (Just add popcorn!)
