Rate Details: Rent is $1800 to $2650/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If you plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $150 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $69 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $200 for electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
