This unit is ready for immediate occupancy. The "natives" are friendly here and the facilities are like none other. Shaded property, pool, hot tub, club house, tennis courts, boat ramp, dock (additional fee), fish cleaning station and community charcoal grill. Join your friends on the very spacious dock for horderves while enjoying the spectacular bayside sunset in the viewing area. If needed monthly dockage is available for an additional charge. Rate Details: Rent is $2200 to $3200/month depending on season. Minimum rental is 2 months. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the second month. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee; $200/mo. dock fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Refundable Security Deposit: $800 ($500 regular/$300 condo association). Utility Caps/Mo: $50 water and $150 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $125.
