As you approach CASA AGAVE you will notice the new painted exterior, and interior designer paint and all new exterior stone arranged in particularly precious architecturally created design. You will enjoy the access to your private 2 car garage and your FREE rental car.
Walking up the stairs to your front door you will notice the all new exterior lighted walk area and landscaping, with new palms, natural bamboo, Agave plants , outdoor fountains and chandelier over your stone archway.
As you enter the Villa to your left you will find a all new 2012 kitchen with GE Stainless appliances, granite counter tops and completed appointed kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your culinary masterpieces.
Off the kitchen you will find a granite bar with bar chairs for light snacks and to your right you will find seating for 8, with large exquisite dinning room table and chairs, all with the colors accented theme through out the house of White, Cobalt Blue and Chocolate Brown.
Next to the dinning area you will find a living room and sitting area with a wall mounted 55' LCD Flat Screen with HD-108 Channel-Dish Netweek and High Quality Surround Sound Stereo System by Harman-Kardon. Our speaker systems allow for listening inside as well as pool deck music.
Off the Large spacious living area you will open direct to large glass doors with access directly to your private pool and deck area with spacious views of the Sea of Cortez. All new outdoor furniture in 2012 with lounges and dining areas in Vibrate White and Electric Blue, as well a full bar area and complete large built-in Stainless grill.
As you enter back into the house on the first floor you will find the large spacious bedroom with Large wall mounted Flat Screen TV-HD-LCD with 108 Channels provided by Disk Network. The bedroom all new in 2012 is appointed with your King Pillow Top Bed and highest quality bedding including, bamboo sheets and comforters.
Each room is provided with independent temperature controls. Off each bedroom and this first floor bedroom you will find your all new bathroom with new Granite counter tops and glass showers enclosures featuring natural stone flowing title and all need appointments and accessories. The highest quality Bamboo towels are provided in each bathroom for your enjoyment, after your soothing jet shower.
Continuing out of the first floor bedroom you will find the new 1/2 bath powder room with new granite and all new accessories, new in 2012
As you head to the back of the house you will pass the laundry room with new 2012 componnents and washer and dryers, and you will pass outside the back yard of the house to a private breakfast nock with outdoor seating for 4, surrounded by natural bamboo to enjoy the start of your day. Your breakfast nock provides direct access to the kitchen to serve your designer breakfast.
Directly off the outdoor breakfast area you will find stable and new steps heading up to the roof top area, where you will find expansive views of the Sea of Cortez and Lands End. While on the outdoor top deck you can enjoy your new 2012 Jacuzzi-hot tub and white chic furniture and sofa areas, with lounge chairs and umbrella sun protection.
As you head back into the villa to the second floor you will find a sitting and reading area on the second floor landing with new 2012 stylish chairs and chaises with a large expansive chandelier in the entry way.
Off the landing you will find two bedrooms both with wall mounted 55' HD TV-108 channel Dish Network. The first bedroom has a Pillow Top Highest quality King Bed with all new furniture in 2012. Featured is a new large private bath with granite tops, large chandelier and make up area. The shower boasts natural tile stone with modern glass doors, situated directly off the master bedroom
Off the bedroom you may enter your private outdoor deck with expansive view of the Sea of Cortez, Elegant white chaise furniture, electric blue furnishing and dinning sets are right off your deck to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee. On the deck and to provide ample shade you will find a new hand woven natural bamboo sunshade.
To the right you will find the third bedroom with it's own private bathroom, with granite counter tops and natural stone tiled flowing shower with bamboo luxury towels.
As well you will find a wall mounted 55' LCD-TV with HD-108 Channel Dish Network and highest quality pillow top king bed that will convert to 2 twin pillow top beds, if desired. As with each bedroom on this floor, you may walk directly on to the outdoor deck with spacious view of the Sea of Cortez and outdoor elegant furniture and chaise lounges.

We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at Casa Agave. The house truly exceeded the on-line pictures, and the exceptional treatment that we received from both our property manager, Bibi, and the house owner, says so much about the type of people you are working with. Sitting on the pool deck having morning coffee and watching the whales play in the Sea of Cortez, just doesn’t get old. The house location is perfect! With all of the added touches of a fine 5 star hotel, and the bonus of privacy and additional space. Shopping close by with either large or small stores depending on what you need, and just a few minute drives to all the action and restaurants that Cabo has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Agave. You know you stayed in a great place when you get home and realize half of your pictures from your vacation are of the house you stayed at! The house is that stunning! Bibi did an excellant job working with me on questions and scheduling activities before our trip, and of course taking care of any needs or questions while we were in Cabo. She told us of all the great places to eat and hang out in town. She even called and booked a last minute snorkeling excursion for us while we were there. From the minute we arrived at the airport we were treated like special guests. We were picked up by a driver, taken to local grocery store to buy food and drinks, and then dropped off at the house. Bibi was waiting for us with keys to the house and our rental car. She walked us through the entire house and made sure all of our questions were answered before she left. We stayed 5 days and Bibi would call and check on us regularly. The house is well maintained, you feel like you're in a 5-Star resort. The house is amazing. It was fully stocked with liquor (we added some bottles when we left). Everything you see on the website is accurate, this house is even better in person. You will not be dissapointed. The house is located less than 10 minutes from all the tourist spots and its a very easy drive. It is in a safe location which was important for us. There is security at the gate 24 hrs. One more note for the romantics, you can go on the roof top and hang out on the spacious upper deck on the couches or in the hot tub. Its a great place to relax and watch the sunset on the ocean. We decided to rent a house for our visit to Cabo San Lucas as opposed to getting a hotel room. This was an excellent decision on our part. Casa Agave is beautiful, comfortable, safe, and extremely tranquil. The location is just outside of downtown Cabo and conveniently located near a family owned market that has craft beers, artisan cheeses, and farm fresh produce! The Vinoteca directly across the street sells extremely fine wines like Domaine de la Romanee Conti. DRC in cabo if thats your thing!! We chose to go the cerveza and tequila route. When in Rome! There is a costco approximately 1 mile from Casa Agave that carries pretty much all of your standard supplies for the house. We spent the majority of the time at Casa Agave grilling, drinking, swimming, and pretty much just relaxing and enjoying our time away from everyday life. It was so peaceful with it's ocean views, I honestly don't remeber seeing a plane or helicopter the entire 10 days we were there. The house comes with a rental car which was 100% useful and a blast to drive in such an unfamiliar place. We used it to drive to Cabo several times, Todos Santos, and San Jose. If you know you're going to be drinking and don't want to drive to the bars at night, have Bibiana call a taxi for you. It cost us about $20 each way and that was for 4 people, so...$5 each. Not too shabby. Bibiana is your personal Concierge for Casa Agave. If you need help with directions, reservations, taxis, ANYTHING, Bibiana is there for you. She was fantastic in everyway. She refelected the same attitude we saw in almost all of the people of Cabo, friendly and very helpful. We definately will return to Cabo and we will definately stay at Casa Agave again. FYI my favorite hang out spots: Daytime - The Office & Mango Deck. You can eat, sip a margarita or a pina coloda(in an actual pineapple) and swim in the ocean for hours at a time. Medano beach is by far the best place to hangout/people watch during the day. Dusk - Sunset Mona Lisa, right next door to Cabo Bello and Casa Agave. The BEST view of dowtown Cabo, Medano Beach, and the arch!! Night - Wow, this is a tough one....EL Squid Roe. Your inner wild child will be released here and there's nothing you can do about it. That place is a blast and I really wish I was there right now! Hope you find this information useful. We have just returned and this house is perfect near a private cove and beach .Nice neighborhood to walk .The house has many expensive upgrades .The location is very near to Cabo and the local bus stops outside the gates if you dont want to drive although we did as we played golf . We had no complaints at all about Casa Agave and felt very safe.Thanks Bibi for your help .Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

great house, great decor, and even nicer Manager named Tony... loved the place. only thing,,pool a little chilly while we were there (mind you in was only in the mid 70s) (tony... solar blanket !!!) tony was the best and we loved him.. Picked us up and showed us the house, and checked on us by email... this house is close to the security entrance of cabo bello, with walmart, costco and restaurants nearby). loved the hot tub on the roof as well... The beds are super comfortable.. too bad we could not bring those home!!! This place has everything you need including a car which is a big plus!!! Great place!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

We spent 9 glorious days at Casa Agave and are already planniing our return trip. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures, if not better. One morning we even took advantage of having massages poolside. Tony the house manager will set you up with anything you want to do in Cabo, make sure to get reccomendations for places to eat (we went to every place he suggested and he hit the proverbial ball out of the park)! Having a car was really handy, the house is in the perfect location for golf, marina fun and trips to San Juan. No need to look anywhere else because Casa Agave is where it's at. Thanks for all your hospitality Tony!!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Pictures don't do this place justice. This villa is gorgeous, with plenty of room for 3 couples. I was here with two friends for a girl's weekend and we wished we could have stayed longer (and brought our husband's down too). Tony was kind enough to show us around Cabo when we arrived and pointed out all the best restaurants and bars. Our favorite place was a little taco stand right down the street. Having a car at our disposal was invaluable, and not having to pay the outrageous Mexican rental insurance rates was great. I can't wait to return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

this place is amazing, comes with everything, best beds so comfortable. clean.
