Walk out the door, across the front lawn onto a sandy private beach. Private boulder fishing jetty included. 180 Degree panoramic view of Nantucket Sound includes view of Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard to Nobska Light. You can watch the sailboats, fishing boats and ferries from the kitchen, dining room, living room, den and front bedroom. This one story cape is over 1,700 square feet, including a 26' x 18' living room. Outdoor shower (not enclosed). The Shining Sea bike path is 50 yards in back, through a path in the woods. The patio with umbrella table has six soft chairs, plus a lounge chair. Large 7,000 square front lawn abuts the beach.
