Come and enjoy this 3 bedroom, gambrell style home on the shore of Minister's Pond in Eastham. This two level home offers sleeping for up to 8 people and plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. There is 1 bedroom plus a den on the first level; one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. There is an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances; nicely equipped with everything you will need for cooking in or grilling out on the deck. Also on the main level you will find a comfortable living room, dining room, laundry and full bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one containing a king sized bed, and the second room contains 1 queen. There is a full bath on this level also. Outside there is an enclosed outside shower, a 'staple' for the Cape Cod rental. Sheets and towels are included with this rental! Please no pets and no smoking. THIS IS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL
