  Our family loved this house. The pictures don't do justice of how nice and spacious this house is. Our favorite part was the heated pool and spa. It was beautiful. This was a great place to unwind in the sunny warm desert heat.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was definitely the perfect place for the family to vacation. The home is exactly as pictured and had lots of room for the four of us. The pool, hot tub, patio and bbq are a huge plus. The neighborhood was quite. For race fans, the commute to Phoenix International Raceway was easy. The owners were a pleasure to do business with. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again.

  Loved the house. Great holiday. Great location. We loved having the pool and hot tub, grandchildren had lots of fun. The house was really clean and well equipped. Would definitely rent it again. Thanks Debbie.

  What a great place! Close to lots of good golf courses and to Westgate for NHL hockey and also NFL football. Only a short 10 minute drive and you are there with lots of good restaraunts and pubs. Close to the malls too, so not just for the sports fans. Great for larger groups with lots of room to sleep. Have used this house as a meeting place for pre-game eats and treats so the cab fare is cheap when going to Westgate. Have stayed here a few times over the last couple years it's what I now like to call "Rancho Relaxo" and a great place to go and escape the snow and -30 temperatures in the winter. The owners have been awesome each time we book and the house is always clean when we arrive. Pool and hot tub are great for relaxing and when you just need a nice cool down after sitting on the really spacious patio in the hot Arizona sun. Would recommend this place for anyone that is looking to find some quality golf courses within 30 minutes.

  We recently stayed at this oasis for a long weekend getaway. Debbie was very helpful and friendly. when we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised at this beautiful home. Although there were only the two of us, there would have been plenty of room for our 5 kids with 4 bedrooms and two family rooms. It is well set up for young children as well. The pool and spa were very well maintained and private, so it was a great place to hang out. The home is well equipped and there were no unpleasant surpises, only pleasant ones. The master bathroom and walk in closet are huge. So is the kitchen. It was a great place for two and would be a great place for many more. If the Avondale area works for you then definitely stay here! Thanks so much Debbie and Andrew for a wonderful holiday home!

  Beautifull house. Can highly reccomend it.The house is way much nicer than pictured. Pool and hot tub is a big plus to the house. Everything you need is there and even more. The owners are wonderfull to work with and very accomadating. We had wonderfull time and looking forward to come back.

  Our family stayed here for the BCS National Championship game. The house was even better than pictured! Pool and hot tub were very well maintained and a real plus to this home. Everything you would need is there and then some. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. It is a wonderfull home and we would recommend it for anyone who wants a great place to stay in the Phoenix area. Close to everything. The owners are wonderfull to work with and very accomadating.

  Just returned from a short golf trip in Phoenix. This place is better-than-advertised...& the owners are very accomodating. Fantastic location for golf, and very close to Westgate for Coyotes & Cardinals fans. I would recommend to anyone looking for an active Phoenix vacation!!!

  This house was everything I thought it would be and more. So spacious, well laid out and beautifully decorated. Everything I needed was supplied and having a washer and dryer was so convenient. The heated pool and spa were a great addition and the patio was more then enough room to sunbath on. I would and will recommend this place to everyone I know, and plan on going again very soon myself.

  This is a beautiful home, I can only highly recommend it. The owners supplied everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfotable, the decor was beautiful and the heated swimming pool is great. There is a shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants just 5 minutes away. Wesgate has hockey and Cardinal football, is only 10 minutes away.
